I have dealt with JUSTFL*** for the past week trying to get my departure flight changed so I do not miss my connecting flight to Thailand Repeatedly I have been put on hold, told that changes would take 24-hours its been hours since my initial request I have yet to get a clear answer on why my flight has not been changedI even had the airline representative (China Eastern Airlines) in a conference call with JustFly only to be put on hold without notice causing me to hang up JustFly had said they received the code to waive fees for the change yet the change to book my flight has not been made I was lead to believe that was the hold up since they were waiting for approval I am aware that the flight is available They refuse to let me speak with someone to get more information and have continued to ask me to wait I have never run across a vendor that took 5+ days to fix a flight I will never again just JustFly and will continue to advocate to others not to use JustFly as well I have also sent feed back to search engines such as Kayak, Momondo, and Sky Scanner to remove JustFly from their query for flight searches I will never again book through 3rd party vendors The small cost difference is not worth the trouble that I have and still am going through
