I purchased flights to and from Germany that we completed on May 7, We did not check our bags flying out, but on return we checked two bags, and per Justfly's booking confirmation we were allotted first checked bag free for each ticketWell *** air stated that our ticket was purchased as Economy light, so we had to pay Euros($105) per bag in order to board and the *** Air agent would not accept what was stated on our Justfly receiptJustfly states that this ticket was booked as Economy and that *** air is incorrect in their definitionIn dealing with both *** air and Justfly, no one will work to resolve the claim stating their company is not accountable for the errorTrying to deal with *** air is one of the worst experiences, let alone having Justfly work to resolve the issue or escalate itWarning anyone looking to book travel with these companies, I wish you all the luck!

This is both an advertising and a return issueLast night I purchased a "round trip" flight from Dallas, Texas to Zurich Switzerland for passengers that cost just under $1,I forwarded the information to my travel partner who noticed that the tickets were not in fact round trip and that the returning flight was to Newark, NJI called the company to see what could be done to get us home rather than stuck in NJ because I'd been advertised a "round trip" but had no way home with the tickets they'd sold meThey simply offered a refund (because I'd also gotten cancellation and travel insurance) however they would not refund me the full amount and kept the amount for insurance even though the issue was with their advertisingThey then told me that it could take up to two weeks for me to get my money back, however one manager advised me that he could give me an authorization code to expedite the refund but transferred me to sales before he gave me anything elseI am currently still

After entering all my family's full names and birthdates, along with my credit card information to book a flight, when I clicked to "confirm," the price suddenly jumped $PER PASSENGER, which represented a 76% increase over the quoted price!
