Hello Revdex.com, I called Just Fly to cancel a flight after having bought extra cancellation insurance for $The man helping me asked for a CALL BACK number and after requesting my reservation number, asked other questions and spent several minutes on the phone with me then said I was within their hour cancellation policy and the refund was applicable and would go back to my credit cardThe call was disconnected a little abruptly but I felt everything had gone smoothlyAfter checking my credit card statement a few weeks later I noticed the money hadn't been refunded, I called Just Fly to ask whyThey told me the call had been dropped and because I hadn't called back the money was not refundedAnd now they could do nothing about itI asked why was I asked for my number and why didn't anybody use that number to call me backI was encouraged to file an e-mail complaint for Just Fly to go under investigationI never received a reply after sending that e-mail nor confirmation the
