I booked a flight for my son on Justfly.com, at each selection on their website there was a nice, clear free hr free cancellation...This writer pressed on the information icon(i) next to the" free hr cancellation"This is where I read: If you ever need to make changes to your travel plans, we've got you coveredThe important part that stuck out to me was: Within hours of purchase, you can choose to cancel your booking for free no questions asked!This is clearly seen on justfly.com's websiteI called within the hours to cancel the reservation, I spoke to a woman representing Justfly.com that did not know what she was doing, *** Canada, spoke to me and ended up transferring me to *** a "Supervisor" she was also good at putting me on hold and eventually hanging upAll in all, the problemWAS NOT resolved, I called back and cancelled the reservation with a man named *** , I was told I would not get my money back and *** airlines would be dealing with m

This entire site is a scamEvery time I have tried to book a flight, I get a notice saying that it isn't availableIncluding trying to book on the phoneI found my way to them through *** and have never experienced a more unreliable and fraudulent reservation system than this oneA complete joke and waste of time

I would like to caution consumers about using JustFly.com I submitted a request for a booking on line (with full credit card details, etc.) and got a message that there was a technical error with my booking and that I was to call the customer service number to fix the booking When I did so, they tracked my itinerary and the fare had mysteriously gone up $ When I asked how this could have happened, there was no answer except that the fare had gone up When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was refused (Actually I was told that the person had no supervisor, then that the supervisor was in a meeting.) This all sounds pretty fishy to me, a way of luring consumers in with prices, and I hope that there will be no trouble with my credit card
