Customer service is not helpful at all their refund process is not reasonable to wait for 6-weeks

Yesterday I was trying to book a flight to Amsterdam, I found a good price flight on their website, but I had a question regarding the luggage allowance, so I called their costumer Services to enquire, she asked me for the flight information I am looking at, I gave here al the info she asked, so she looked it up and come back with that old stereo type lie, Sirthis flight price changed and went up $for each ticket ( $as I was booking tickets) I asked her how come I am looking at it right now and I am about to book I just wanted to know the luggage allowance, then she said that there isn't tickets available for that flight only , Told her well that is not what it said in the web site, she told me the airline just updated the flight and the update didn't go thru to the website yet, but when I finish booking it will decline my booking, then she said she is contacting the airline to see if there is another flight that have tickets available, to make short she come back and said there is another flight of course it is $more, I asked her is the $fees or not, she said no it is not feesI Told her to go ahead and book me, she did, but she made a mistake in the name and was spelled wrong, so I had to wait for supervisor to correct the name, which took forever, at this point I have been on the phone for about 1h40mins, while waiting on the supervisor, I received a text from my credit card about the transaction there was two transaction one for the airline with the amount that I initially found online and second one for JustFly for the amount of $40, when she come back to tell me that a supervisor is available to talk to me, I confronted her about being deceiving, guess what she told me that is not important now the important is to get your ticket fixed and she transferred me to the supervisor, who dealt with the mistake she made and the name was corrected, I told him about the $I was charged wrongfully and was not told that it was fees, I wouldn't make a big problem about it but the fact that she lied and deceived me in to believing that the ticket price went up instead of telling me it is fees they are charging and give me the opportunity to consent to it or not, makes me madI spent 2hon the phone to book this flight if I did it online it wouldn't take me mins and it would saved me $lesson learned

I am APPALLED that a company like this is still operatingWe purchased non-refundable flights from JustFly and also purchased the insurance that comes as an option for an additional $some odd dollarsWe ended up needing to cancel our tripThey obviously have a scam going with this insurance companyWhen we called JustFly to cancel, again, a NON REFUNDABLE trip, we were expecting to just have it cancelled and be done with itWe were then going to make a claim to the insurance company because our reason for needing to cancel did actually fall under the insured coverageWell not so simple with Justfly, they said they were going to charge us an ADDITlONAL $to cancel our tripWe weren't even getting a refund and they wanted to charge $on top of what we already paid! The supervisor I spoke with, ***, said the only option I had other than paying $was to forfeit my tickets, which would make me ineligible for the insurance claimSo I asked him, so this scheme you have going with the insurance company makes it so either way you get paid, huh? I rented a car through JustFly***, which created a contract with Green Motion, for the amount of Green Motion claimed they canceled the rental, but JustFly.com still charged me the unauthorized amountI called them, my children have called them, and my husband has called themOne of my sons requested for them to transfer his call to the USA and they refused to do soThey also allowed Green Motion to keep money that doesn't belong to them, especially after two calls, along with Green Motion promising that it cancelled the rental

I booked a ticket with JustFly.*** in February Two weeks before my trip in December 2017, I realized through the airline app that one of the flights had been discontinued and I was placed on another flight that landed AFTER my international connecting flight (on the same itinerary) took off I first called the airline who was unable to help because the flight was booked through JustFly.***; when I called JustFly.*** I waited on the phone for over minutes to speak to the first person - supposedly due to high call volumes, however there was nothing unusual about the time that I called I was then transferred times and they still were unable to resolve my issue They promised that the issue would be dealt with within to hours and to stay by my phone and email I was never contacted hours later I called back, waited for another minutes on the phone to get it resolved There was no apology, no explanation as to why nothing had been resolved on my previous call, and again an obscene wait time to resolve As a travel agent, they should have flagged that the flight itinerary was no longer valid and resolved it directly with the airline They also should be able to resolve something of this nature over the phone if they are not going to be proactive And they most definitely should not have 30-minute wait times to speak with someone

I booked a trip with JustFly yo Paris for Christmas and the airlines changed the flight times and I will no longer be able to make the connecting flightJustFly never notified me of the changed and they will not help me secure a new bookingAll they want to do is make the original booking and nothing moreThey keep giving me the run around telling me they can only send emails and nothing else
