I have been disconnected timesWe had booked a flight back in March but was not sure we could go due to lack of work so I took all the insuranceThe insurance is a joke you basically have to be dead to get the insurance so I took the credit which has to be used in a yearI paid $extra to get that which left us a creditLooking at THIER website found a flight in the states that we want for $600/ticket and now they are telling me they need $MORE ( on top of the $credit, to get this flight Ask to speak to a supervisor walking her through the flights as she tried telling me there is no flightsI just hung up as they want $extra for the flight that is $eachI do not understand how they can take $plus extra $to "rebook" flights that are only $each
We purchased two airline tickets thru Just Fly for flights 06/04/from DFW to Barcelona, SpainWe received an email from Just Fly on Saturday, April telling us that the flight we were scheduled to fly on from DFW to JFK had a schedule change and we needed to contact Finn Air, however, the flight # and airline is American AirlinesThis schedule changed means we minutes to land at JFK, leave the domestic terminal go to the International terminal, check in for our flight to BarcelonaWe contacted American Airlines,We contacted Finn Air, who told us we had to call Just Fly, who told us we needed to call American Airlines to change our reservation to an earlier flightIt is clear that the "right hand does NOT know what the left hand is doing"Now we try to call Just Fly and our call "fails" each and every timeIs there anyway you can get Just Fly to answer our calls, this is the second complaint I have made against Just Fly
I booked a flight, literally cancelled it minutes later…was told my funds would be credited business days later…not only is the company not physically located where they claim, they called me a liar and refuse to refund as promised…I was also told it was s problem with my bank…checked with my bank and they are NOT the problem
We made a small typo on the name on the reservationWe called the airline, who told us that justfly*** would have to offer the name change with permission from the airlineWhen we spoke to the justfly***, whose call center seems to be located in Canada or the Philippines, we were met with extremely incompetent, unprofessional helpWe spent in total hours on the phone, and we were charged unauthorized fees which we were told were part of fixing the issueWe submitted a passport for proof of nameWhen we checked with the airline, there was no name change after daysWe had been told it would occur in hoursWe called customer service again, and we were greeted by ***, who spent hours with us on hold, supposedly calling the airlineHe was unable however to answer simple follquestions regarding what he asked the airline, and seemed to be misguided regarding what our requests wereIt sounded like he had not at all even spoke with them or attempted to call themHe kept
This company is AWFUL! Do not use themWe had to cancel our flight and have tried to use the credit on separate occasionsI was transferred to 10-different people who do not speak english very wellWhen I think I'm finally getting somewhere I'm told that of our 305$ credit there is a 200$ penalty fee and they want us to pay an additional 400$~ no thank you!

Terrible customer service which this company has outsourced to a call center in the PhilippinesI am Filipino and even I had a hard time understanding most of these agents and all of my calls averaged an hour or more in lengthHad to change my relative's departure date and was only able to do so after 3rd call because first couple agents were no help at allI paid modification fees, ticket price difference and taxes total of $on a different credit carddays after I was surprised to see another $charged on Aug to the first card I usedHad to call customer service again to tell them they are making unauthorized charges on my cardThe call had to be elevated to a supervisor as the agent was having difficulty processing simple tasksI was reassured by supervisor that this was charged by mistake and would be refunded in to hoursThe next day I check to see if the refund went through and to my disbelief another $charge made on Aug was pending on my cardCalled customer service yet again and requested immediately to speak to a supervisorAgent kept delaying the transfer and kept saying this was a modification feeExplained to her multiple times that all fees including modification fees have been paid on a different card and have already posted on that cardI was obviously irate at having to call customer service a 5th time and having multiple unauthorized charges made on my card and it didn't help that I had to explain multiple times that all these were unauthorized chargesIt took almost an hour to finally speak to a supervisor named *** informed me that actually three charges of $were done on the 1st card used and said two had been voided and the third was the one they promised to refundMy question was if these charges were voided why this just pop up as a pending charge on my cardI also said that this was unbelievably bad service that they mad not 1, not but erroneous charges on my cardConversation with supervisor *** goes south as she also gets irate and starts raising her voice as she says I keep interrupting herI tell her "I am not shouting at you and not even raising my voice at youYou have no reason to raise your voice at meYou are supposed to be trained how to handle irate callersI have been charged a total of $in unauthorized charges, so I have a reason to be irate." As a person who also worked in call centers in the Philippines before, the customer service that this colpany has outsourced to is just shameful in their repeated ineptitude and bad call handling
