I booked a flight for my sister and their kids from Washington DC to Lima Peru for vacation , I used my debit card for the booking an the begining everything was ok until I received an email from justfly the next day early morning saying that they were not able to verify the form of payments so I called them as soon as possible to clearify this situation and I was told that theyvjust need a verification of the card so we did by phone with a agent and they told me that I will received my confirmation with the e-tickets of my flights in the next hours, by the afternoon I received the same notification with the same issues I called back again and I was told that ny card was decline due to insufficient funds when they withdraw the amount of my tickets from my card already TWICE so the agent requested me to send my bank statment to confirm that I was already charge for the tkts which I sent it to them right away , the agent berify and told me the same thing that everything was looking ok
