I would like to state Why is it that Just Fly doesn't release its physical address? Why do they hide their address? I was charges two fees that were not clearly disclosed, or not disclosed at all, when I made flight arrangements for the four people in my family Those fees were a seat map fee, which was $47.80, and a service fee which was $ Surprisingly, when I called to request a refund for those fees, I was informed they would refund the seat map fee but not the service fee I'm just happy to get some of my money back I will never do business with this business again

After I changed the flights, they informed me that I wouldn’t be able to cancel the reservationEven though nothing notified me that changing the reservation would void cancellation

After I have already paid them over $800!!!!
This company is absolutely terrible and should not be allowed to take money from people

Justfly*** advertises "extended cancellation policy" but does not mention that it is at an ADDITIONAL costThey also advertise that you can cancel a flight within hours but do not mention an ADDITIONAL cancellation feeThey also advertise a flight price then charged my credit card a different price than I agreed toWhen I called to inquire about the policy and asked several questions the customer service agent told me they had to disconnect the call because I requested to speak to someone else
