I ordered my ticket in JustFly [redacted] last June to fly back homeThey charged me money but apparently they took the money back again so I assumed they canceled my flightI ordered another ticket on the official site of an airline but they charged me againI asked them to canceled my flight and I called themIt took me an hour and a half everytime I called them and they keep telling me I need to pay more money to them to cancel my flight, which I think it's ridiculous because usually company will just take a part of money as fee in the amount what you've paid and you don't need to pay moreIt was an awful experience and since I'm a minor I have to find an adult to solve the problem with me too which is more stressfulAnd when my adult asked them where is your business they said Canada, then how the heck they called me from California? There was a person who was trying to "help" me with this issue and when you scheduled time with them they always called you when you are busy especially at midnight? I don't think there is a big time difference in CA when is midnight and it's o'clock in the morning which is doesn't make senseThis happened in the final week and I was crying a bunch of time because I was so stressful and my money just got taken awayI just got my money back from them in August and I didn't pay them extra they took part of my moneyIf they can do this why can't they do this earlier so I don't need to worry about in summer?? Don't believe that they will do anything for you by using themTheir Customer Service is terrible and no one speaks english as a first languageIn fact, I had tried talking to one person that wouldn't even speak at allI would say something or ask a question and have dead air and have to repeatedly ask if they were still thereThat just made me mad and that was before completely disregarding my request I was calling because only days prior, I booked a flight and then got an email from them that reads "Your prices to Bozeman are changing!" It would give zero star if possibleThis is a HORRIBLE company Do NOT book with them We were planning our trip for NZ and looking for a flight from Auckland to QueenstownWe found one for $one way on [redacted] through the JustFl [redacted] website and it looked like a good deal at the time(However, the checkout process was also confusing because above on the check out side it said "round trip" but on the selected ticket itself it said "one-way so I clicked to purchase) They charged us $and within minutes of booking my husband found out that the same ticket one-way on [redacted] for $70per person They charged us the cost of two round-trip tickets Immediately called JustFly and explained the situation (again this was in less than five minutes of booking) and found out that not only are all sales final, but they would not honor the cost of the actual flight by lowering it to $per person To cancel the flight would be a $cancellation fee per person (so they won't lower to the actual cost of the flight but they refund us to that amount) The customer service lady finally offered us a one-time (since it was our first-and last-booking) reduction of the cancellation fee to $25/person ($total) We took that and cancelled our flight since it would still be cheaper that way if we purchase direct through the airline ( [redacted] )This all took place within minutes of booking Do NOT book through them for any flights in NZ

JustFly has included several clauses that are not followed even by the company themselvesWe in particular are a victim to the unethical conduct of JustFlyWe have bought the flight tickets and we were able to take the first flight however, on our way back, we were not able to board the flight as they said: "We can not pull up your information."
