After purchasing a one-way ticket online at JustFly [redacted] from Los Angles, CA to Munich, Germany I found that I needed to change the date of my flight from the original April 17, to August 14, I was advised by a JustFly agent over the phone that it would be cheaper to cancel my flight and rebook using credit from my first ticket with only the $cancellation rather than change the date of my flight which would cost around $On Jan 5, 2018, before cancelling my flight, I spoke to Robert at JustFly and verified there would be no fees for using my credit, that the only fee would be the cancellation of $On Jan 6, 2018, While trying to use my credit over the phone to book the flight for August I was advised it would cost $944; however, when I looked to purchase a ticket WITHOUT using my credit, prices for the same flight showed as $I spoke to a JustFly employee as well as a supervisor, [redacted] , who told me I would not be able to get the price I saw online as that was
