In mid-June, I purchased tickets for a flight taking place in late December from Caracas, Venezuela to FtLauderdale, FL and back using JustFly***In early July I was made aware by the airline that this particular route had been cancelled effective Augand as such I would be required to request a refund from the booking agency for my December flightI called the company during the first week of July and to this date (11-7-2016) the issue has not been entirely resolvedI have spoken to rude customer service agents after waiting for over hrson hold, just to be told that the airline is responsible for issuing a refund code and that I need to call back in 3-business days once the code arrives to be processed a refundI have been on this cycle for a few months now each time having to wait between minutes -2hrs on hold just to get the same run around, and on occasion to be hung up on when they realize you want more information than the same line over and overFinally, I was able to get management at the airline to bypass the booking agency to refund the flight, however the booking agency continues to give me ambiguous information about the remaining taxes and fees that were charged by themOn my most recent interaction, I was told that they needed to truly confirm with the airline if the route had been cancelled (How do they not know by now if they were truly working on my claim all these months), then get a refund code from the airline (I don't know for what since the airline already refunded their portion), and then submit it to their online department for them to make a decision whether they will refund or not (mind you this is a service I'll never get since the route was cancelled)However, I need to follow up in days to see the decision, and if they grant the refund it can be anywhere from 6-weeks until the money is refundedJust add insult to injury, when I asked the agent to make a note detailing our conversation today so that I will no longer have to explain everything each time I call, I was thanked for calling wished a good day and hung up on, before asking if my issue had been resolved or if I needed any additional helpI have booked flights, and vacations with many online booking***panies and I have never experienced this level of i***petence, disrespect and outright rudenessI have since disputed the transaction with bank which has started an investigation, however I think it is important for buyers to beware that this company conducts their business in a shady manner and their customer service is horrendousHad I not been informed of the airlines changes via the airline when I called to select my seats, my father would be preparing for a trip in Decthat was never going to take place, and JustFly [redacted] couldn't be bother to let us knowIt was not until after my 4th call to their system that they even issued a notification saying that some itinerary changes had occurred, and after the 6th call I was sent a follemail saying to disregard the previous alert, which makes no sense because my issue was still ongoing and the flight was still cancelledOverall, the experience with JustFly [redacted] has been terrible and I discourage anyone from using this service until they improve their customer service department and learn how to notify customers of changes that can affect travel plans costing them hundreds of dollars

Extremely terrible experience with justfl [redacted] for purchasing flight ticketI originally tried to find a flight through [redacted] and in the list justfl [redacted] showed the lowest priceAfter booking the ticket, 2-weeks later I got an email from justfl [redacted] said that the reservation has something wrong and need to call them back but they didn't mention what's wrong in the emailThen I called back with long time holding, and suddenly a representative with severe accent told me that my first flight was cancelled by the Air China and justfl [redacted] had helped me change the flight to another day and sent me an emailBut as they just changed the first flight that cannot connect to the original second flight in the "combo"So they not only changed the first flight without discussion with me but also ignored this obvious mistakeI would say either they were [redacted] or liersThen I pointed out this mistake and asked them to find a totally new flight combo of another dateThey found one but told me that they needed to contact Air China to discuss the issue and needed hoursI said that's too long and told them I wanted full refund so I can book from other companiesThen they said they still need to contact Air China to get wavier code in order to process refund and need hours to get me backSo that's it! Then after even days they never call me back or send any emails about this refundAfter that I called them twice with the same issue, but different representatives answered my phone and seemed that they only knew my flight had issues but didn't know it's moving on to the refund processThey just wasted the time again and again and let me wait day after dayAfter I saw other complaints online, I realized that this is entirely a big lie and contact my credit card company to start investigation and retrieve my credit backDon't believe their [redacted] that refund needs 6-weeksI guess that's the time they need to transfer your money out that the credit card company cannot reach them anymore! If the same thing happened to you and you failed to get your money back, I suggested that you call the police to help you out! Because that's what I am going to do if my credit card company failed to help me get money back! Oh, and [redacted] and Air China, I don't know yet what you two have been involved with Justfl [redacted] but I won't trust both of you two anymore either!

On July 21st, I called Justfly [redacted] to purchase a flight that I found on their website going to Rio the following monthI decided to call versus booking online myself because this was a new company to me and I had questions about the cancellation terms due to the nature of my tripI asked the representative specifically about the policy for cancellationAlthough the customer service rep spoke horrible English, she did stated that all I would need to do was pay their termination fee that would range between $150-300, plus the cost of the airline termination fee which would be up to another $depending on the airlineI asked was there any insurance I needed to purchase and she stated no because the fees are for all flightsI asked several times was the cancellation fee all that I needed if I had to cancel for any reason and she repeated the same fees back several timesAt that point, after about an hour of back and forth to understand her, I confirmed my flight based on the fact

JUSTFLY.COM: THIS COMPANY IS A GREAT SCAM!!..Because on March 27, I bought a ticket to travel to Peru, I had to travel on April 02, so that day I arrived early to the airport, when I am checking in, the American's Lady, told me that I could no to aboard the airplane, because I had not conection o whatever, I do not Know what happened in that moment AND my ticket was not paid, I answered to her I paid for my ticket to JustFly, so she told again No they Did not, for me was a Great problem in that moment, because I had to travel urgent, my mom was dying, so I explained my urgency to travel to the lady and she did and gave me another ticket but for the next day, DO YOU KNOW WHAT MEANS THAT???, I HAD COME BACK TO MY HOME WITH MY luggage and things that can damage, AND TO WAIT UNTIL NEXT DAY, and again come back to the airport with my luggage, that was INCREDIBLE!!, THE AMERICAN AIRLINES ASKED ME FOR THE CORRESPONDING PAYMENT FOR THE NEW FLIGHT, WITH MY SAME JustFly Booking Number: [redacted]
