I booked tickets via JustFl [redacted] for a flight on Spirit AirlinesFirst of all, it was not clear to me that I was booking flights via JustFly and not directly through the airlineHad I known this, I would have booked directly through the airline instead, since JustFly charges a fee for bookingSecondly, our flight reservation on Spirit did not have our infant daughter listed, even though her name and information showed up on the reservation through JustFlyWe figured it was because she was flying as a lap child (for free) and did not need a boarding pass since we didn't have a ticket for her; however after we waited through the security line we were told that she needed to have a boarding pass regardless so we had to go back to the Spirit counter and have them reissue our boarding passes to include our daughterAccording to Spirit records, our daughter was no where to be found on the reservation, so somehow JustFly did not do an accurate job of passing on the booking informationBecause of this, we almost missed our flightI am not happy with the service of JustFly and will not book with them again

To Whom It May Concern, We have had hands down the worst travel experience for what was meant to be a spectacular vacation to DenverPlease see attached files for timeline of events-Email and text notification of flight delay at 5:47am day of flight -Prompted an immediate call to Frontier 5:47amRepresentative notes flight delayed until 5:45pm same dayThey stated that they could not get us on another flight with any other airline as Frontier is not affiliated with any other airlines-Called Just Fly twice 6:00am, 7:41am, with no answer-hold time of over minutes each callWent to the airport for in person service(See attached Lyft Receipts) -7:09am Gate rep stated flight was being delayed due to mechanical issues until 5:45pm-that an email or text will go out of the flight will be moved up earlier in the day-Email received from Frontier as leaving airport w/flight voucher for "inconvenience", no mention of flight cancellation 7:47am-flight vouchers are both invalid -Call to Frontier made at 12:03pm to ask for update as we had not received any texts, calls, or emails on status update from Just Fly OR FrontierWas told by rep flight has been cancelled until the following dayRep noted that they could get us on a same day flight to Colorado Springs with a hour drive to Denver which would depart MPLS at 6:10pmFrontier rep took all of my information, puts me on hold, comes back to tell me that “unfortunately, that was only for one personWe cannot get you both on this flightYou will have to wait until tomorrow at 11:45am to depart.” We had planned this trip months in advance (in February), and were traveling to Red Rocks Amphitheater for concerts, where we had purchased the VIP experience forIf we waited until the next day, we would miss the show-Called Just Fly 12:21pm to discuss option to book with another airlineThey could not refund our flight- [redacted] (second passenger) called on her phone to Frontier to cancel our flight with Frontier so we could get out on any other airline same day through Just Fly with American AirlinesHer call was made at 12:35pm -Frontier offered us a refund for the flight that they cancelled with no mention of a cancellation feeFrontier charged a cancellation fee via email at 12:45pm, and another at 1:35pm on a flight that Frontier cancelled -New flight with American Airlines was booked via phone through Just Fly via a frustrating phone call with a representative that could not speak EnglishT he call was hands down the most frustrating phone call with customer service that I have ever hadThe rep barely spoke any recognizable englishRepeated my email address back to me, incorrectly, times The cost of the flight which now was departing at 6:21pm, arriving to Dallas Fort Worth at 8:59pm, with an hour and a half layover, had us departing from Dallas at 10:25pm and arriving in Denver at 11:29pmWe did not arrive to our hotel via an Uber until 1am-The cancelled flight also cancelled our car rental reservation, which we then had to rebook on Friday 6/through Hotwir [redacted] as every rental company in the area was sold out due to a hail storm in the area on WednesdayThe extremely long travel day, lack of communication and follow through with Frontier absolutely ruined our tripWe spent the next days completely exhausted, sore, and jet lagged, not to mention unable to spend money saved for our vacation as it was spent to rebook through another airlineWe missed an entire day of our vacationWe spent an entire day on and off the phone and computer trying to come to terms with the mess that we were in because of Just FlyWe are asking for a full refund reimbursement of the $rebooking, seat assignment, and baggage fees that we had to pay out of pocket for this inconvenience

Booked a flight with JustFly.com to fly from Kansas City, Mo to Dallas-FtWorth, Tx I purchased three tickets for $a ticket plus tax and service fees When I initiated the transaction, my credit card company declined one of the three tickets I received a notification from my credit card company and quickly got the situation taken care of I then received an email from JustFly.com notifying me that one of my tickets was declinedI used the link they provided in the email to re-submit the payment information The payment showed that it went through on JustFly.com and gave me a confirmation number, then it showed up as an authorized transaction on my credit card account I spoke with American Express, and American Airlines to ensure everything was okay and no mistakes were made by JustFly.com Representatives from both companies ensured me I was good to go Shortly after, I received a cancellation notice from JustFly.com I called their 1-number to try to have the issue resolved They would not reinstate my tickets nor honor the price they originally promised me and wanted me to resubmit my paymentThe problem was, I already had over $pending on my credit card from them and American Airlines, and another $would max my credit out leading to the payment being declinedI requested that they hold the price on my tickets until the pending payments cleared up so I could resubmit, but they refused Now I have to wait 4-business days for the charges to go away before I can try to order a flight again My fear is that I won't find rates that good again thanks to JustFly.coms' poor service

A minus star rating A cautionary tale - I booked for the first time with Justfly back on July 4, The email confirmation came back and I clicked ok and forwarded it to my husbandHe immediately noticed it was for the wrong month, August instead of SeptemberThe email was a no reply beyond the initial okI checked their site and there is only one number and I began calling and immensely frustrating endeavorThree days and several dropped calls I finally got someone explained what happened and gave them my phone number and flight info and they put me on hold and dropped the call and never got back to meI then contacted Lufthansa the airline Justfly booked us onI spoke with a representative who said only Justfly could change the reservationAfter I explained to him my phoning problem, he sympatheticaly gave me a special number they use to contact JustflyWhen I did call that number as soon as they determined I was a customer they redirected to the same number that put me on hold and dropped me againI wrote Lufthansa and called and although one representative there agreed they could change the reservation and I was transferred to reservations I was again told knowI contacted my credit card company Capitol One and they have been fighting for me but now both companies have said I never tried to change the reservationIn addition to the cost that Justfly quoted for the airfare cost they added a $fee to my cardCan you help, maybe not just me but as I discovered after the fact many others have had similar problems with this companyUnfortunately, I never got anyone's nameAlso, make people aware that they should check any company's customer serviceCan you ever speak to a real person? On Nov 20, I booked on JUSTFLY website two round trip flights from DCA (Reagan airport) to MCO (Orlando Intl airport) departing Dec and returning Dec I received confirmation on JUSTFLY websiteFollowing day Nov 24, I went to print out my flights on JUSTFLY site and to my SHOCKING SURPRISE I saw that both booked flights dates have been changed to DEPART and RETURN on the same day Decinstead of departing on Dec and returning Dec as originally bookedI quickly contacted JUSTFLY was told I have booked both flights to depart and return on the same day for Dec 26! And, that they could easily CANCEL both flights and I can make a new reservation for departing on Dec and returning Dec Shocked and confused I reluctantly agreed and told that I will be charged $for each ticket and other fees associated with changing the flight and to wait hrs to rebook my flights againOn NovI went onto JUSTFLY website to re-book my flights again to depart on Dec and return on Dec This time after booking the two flights I remained online on JUSTFLY website and then checked for JUSTFLY confirmation emailWithin a minutes I received JUSTFLY confirmation email and opened it (while still logged into JUSTFLY's website) and to my SHOCK the JUSTFLY confirmation email had both my departing and returning flights on Dec AGAIN !! With my newly booked confirmed flights on JUSTFLY online opened and receiving JUSTFLY's confirmation email received a minute later showing that the dates were changed in the later JUSTFLY email I knew that the flights were CHANGED by JUSTFLYI immediately called JUSTFLY and after almost hours (with JUSTFLY dropping the call and I having to call them again) waiting for their explanation as to how can they have my originally booked flights were CHANGED from departing Dec and returning Dec to both departing and returning ON THE SAME DAY AGAIN !!! I told JUSTFLY Customer Service that I had both my JUSTFLY confirmation with the right Departure/Returning dates online and also looking at JUSTFLY confirmation email just received showing that I have booked the flights depart/returning on the same day Dec !!! and even told them I can forward their email to them so that they can see what has happenedAfter additional minutes of discussion JUSTFLY indicated that they can see the differences from their side with my booked flight and their JUSTFLY confirmation email that had the both depart/return flights on the same dayTo add insult to injury, JUSTFLY said that they can re-send the email to show that my flights will depart on Dec and return on Dec instead of their previous one that showed depart/return dates on the same day Dec Absolute FRAUD caught in the act of manipulating and changing originally correct flights so that they tell the customer that they can cancel the booking for a $per ticket fee plus other cost and to rebook the flight againTHIS TIME I CAUGHT THEM IN THE ACT which responded by saying "we will escalate this to issue and request from their management for a refund however that they cannot ensure that they will provide a refund and this will take a few days to processNow, instead of paying approx $for tickets as originally booked I am paying approx $which includes all possible JUSTFLY's fee for having to rebook my flights due to JUSTFLY FRAUDULENTLY CHANGING DATES ON ORIGINALLY BOOKED FLIGHTS !!!!!!!!!!!!

Good afternoon I’m very frustrated and I got this email to see if I could get any help, I bought tickets to justfly.com for my husband and I to go to Nicaragua for my best friends wedding, I bought them on March and we where going on December this year, my friend got a travel advisory from US Embassy staying that is not safe to travel because there’s a civil arrest in Managua Nicaragua, so we all decided to cancel our tickets all my friends had luck and where able to cancel full refund, because is not our fault there’s a civil arrest over there, well I decided to cancel online, I got charged to cancel online, I called justfly they where not helpful at all, did not want to refund me the money or help me change my destination, it’s not my fault Nicaragua is going thru this situation, I called copaairlines directly they suggested me to call them back and have them cancel my cancellation and then wait until like October or November to get full refund, I called again and ask to speak to a supervisor her name was [redacted] agent number ***, she did not help me at all eighter, please advise of what can or should I do now, she said if I don’t use my credit I will be loosing my entire money

My review in regards to the conduct of ***, employee # ***, for failing to perform his duties as a supervisory agent for Justfly***On 11/7/2018, my wife provided the information for all members of my family for travel purposes She typed the middle name of our son, [redacted]   When the confirmation came, it was processed as [redacted] Just Fly told us that it wasn't so easy to change the name and offered a full refund of the cancellation fees and owned that the fault was on their sideOn 11/8/2018, we called to get the flight that was cancelled the evening prior We were very careful to type the full name of our infant son, [redacted] When we received the confirmation, the same mistake was in place, labeling our son as [redacted] This creates passport issues and we need the full name Just Fly refused to change the name and wanted to charge $cancellation fee for each passenger They then reduced the cancellation fee to $per passenger, even though Just Fly was***pletely at fault for the typographical errorI then requested to speak with the supervisor, ***, Employee #*** He refused to accept responsibility for the mistake of Just Fly and insisted that I should cancel the flight and pay the fee, even though it is Just Fly that messed up They insisted they had a screen shot where we messed up the spelling of our son's name, but refused to share that screenshot with us I felt he was insecure and unwilling to admit to the fault of his team and his agents I request that ***, Employee # [redacted] receive retraining on his duties as well as a detailed class on business ethics when performing duties

After I changed the flights, they informed me that I wouldn’t be able to cancel the reservationEven though nothing notified me that changing the reservation would void cancellation After the change in the reservation, it added $Thinking that this was the new charge, I agreed to it They credited my account $after an hour long phone call and them assuring me that nothing could be done Then I needed to change the dates, so I decided to pay the $and was supposed to get a credit of $I was only credited $which should have been fine, because when I looked up the flights it was $with fees and everythingBut when I try to book using my travel credit, which can only be applied to flight and not used for hotel, the price of the flight is $and they want to charge me an additional $200! After I have already paid them over $800!!!! This company is absolutely terrible and should not be allowed to take money from people

I used [redacted] to book tickets to Las VegasThey booked the tickets for myself and a female friendBoth tickets are made for malesNow the airline said they will not let us on the flight and they will not refund the ticketsSo I have two tickets for a flight that I can not go onThey also charged my credit card $for no reason and did not inform me of that cost
