I purchased airline tickets back in June of and while traveling abroad the airline cancelled all international flights permanently and was left without a flight homeOK, paid $twice the price to get back homeUpon my return I contacted justfly for the refundThey said I would need to contact the airlineOK, contacted the airline and finally received confirmation through a US Department of Transportation Complaint that Dynamic Airlines refunded the $back to the TRAVEL AGENT and I needed to contact justfly [redacted] for the refund back to my cardIt is now 2/21/and the refund is still not on my cardI have emailed and called over and over (I have lost count) I have provided bank statements showing the original purchase and every statement after to PROVE I have yet to receive a refundI have worked at many financial institutions and the premise that a refund can take up to weeks is ridiculous! Even then I patiently waited and NOTHING! Now they are saying there is

Justfly [redacted] charged me more than I authorized when I booked a flight with themThey are advertising one amount to get people to book with them and then charging a different amountBecause the tickets are non-refundable they are saying that there is nothing that they can doMy dispute however is not with the tickets that I purchased, but the price that I purchased themIt seems that they have found a loophole that allows them to charge amounts that people do not authorize and then keep the money even if there is a disputeThis is blatant advertisement and theft

I bought a round trip flight through your website in DecemberThey cancelled my return flight and I have been speaking with their customer service department at [redacted] since January to resolve the problemWe are now in March and my flight leaves in less than two months however yet to reinstate my flight

I recently booked a trip w/ JustFly to Asia which I recently returnedSince it was a hour flight I decided to pay an additional fee for my business seat assignmentI received an email confirmation ticket indicating the extra fees were charged and confirmed my designated seatHowever upon arriving at the airport I was told their system had no assigned seats under my reservation despite the fact that I had proof that I paid extra for my business seat assignment! Shortly after arriving home I called Justfly to request a refund on the seat assignment, which is a reasonable request since this service was never fulfilledThey refused to give to me the refund and were extremely rude, refusing to apologize or acknowledge their mistakeInstead they proceeded to put the blame on me for not contacting them on the day of my flight In addition to putting the blame on me, the staff advised that the fee I paid was not a guarantee that my seats would be reserved and instead it was just a “service” They did not advertise anywhere that paying extra for an assigned seat means you won’t be guaranteed an assigned seatThat makes no senseWhat’s the point in paying extra then?! This is just a way for them to trick people into paying more Never booking with JustFly again, rude customer service and they will find ways to rip you off

I called Justfly to make a reservation on sometime in AprilI spoke to the customer service representative onlineI the end of the reservation and after my credit card information has been given to the travel agent he said I will hear from them by email ASAPI did not hear from them in hours, therefore I placed another phone call to alart them that I have not received my booking ticketHe apologized and asked my to stay online why he review the reasonsHe said it was their error and he forwareded my ticketI noticed the following errors on the booking information: My last name was spelt wrongly as [redacted] , My email address was not correct, It was written as [redacted] I quickly called their attention to those errors within an hour, the agent I spoke to asked me to pay $to correct their errors, I thought that was mischievious, therefore I asked to speak to a Manager and he refused claimed their is NO manager but himHe later asked me to forward my SS card and ID

I recently had an extremely negative and concerning experience with JustFly .***I was directed to the site from [redacted] , where I was shopping for plane tickets for an u***ing tripJustFly [redacted] appeared to be offering the best deal on the flight, so I went ahead and purchased my tickets thereImmediately after making my purchase, I got an email from JustFly [redacted] with the subject heading “Your reservation needs immediate attention.” The email claimed my credit card could not be processed and requested that I submit a new card or contact my bankI contacted my bank to authorize the charge and was told that there was some strange activity on my card, including: a small charge from JustFly [redacted] that was immediately canceled, a double charge from an airline for one leg of my trip, and an i***plete charge from a second airline for the return leg of my tripAll the charges were pending as there wasn’t actually any problem with the cardI was confused by this activity and by the strange message from JustFly***, so I attempted to call JustFly customer supportI was unable to reach anyone at JustFly***, even after several attemptsMy first call was disconnectedAnother call routed me to nowhereAnother call put me on hold indefinitelyI Googled JustFly [redacted] and came across a warning article from Revdex.com and several other negative reviewsI called my bank again to inquire about canceling all JustFly***-related charges, as I was concerned about a scam or some other illegitimate use of my cardThe bank said that I could not dispute the charges while they are still pendingI visited the websites of the two airlines that I had supposedly booked trips on in order to learn more about these transactionsNeither site recognized the record locator I had received from JustFly***I called customer support for the flight that had supposedly been double chargedAccording to the airline’s records, the flight had been booked and then immediately canceledThey did not have additional information about itIf and when any charges associated with the JustFly [redacted] transaction appear on my credit card statement, I plan to dispute themI caution anyone against using this site!

[redacted] ***, I am a VERY DISSATISFIED customer.  I have reviewed [redacted] and want to let you know how UNHAPPY, DISSATISFIED and VERY ANGRY!!!!!! I purchased tickets for my grandchildren Nov- Nov 28, 2016.  I purchased travel insurance at that time incase there were unforeseen problems.  A few days after I purchased the tickets, my grandson told me he could not miss any school days as he is trying to graduate in 2017.  At that point, I cancelled the flight.  I had to pay $175, in addition to the cost of the tickets.  I was told I would have a $credit to use within a year (not including taxes) Conf # [redacted] , and I had to go through Spirit Airlines to use credit.  I booked a flight for my grandchildren Dec - Jan 3, tonight and tried to apply the credit - the amount that came up was $- WHAT THE H...LL!!!  That is not the amount that I was quotedSo I called Spirit Air customer service and a girl who had a very bad accent told me that, that is what I was allowed - I asked for the Manager - insisted on speaking with the Manager, but only got a supervisor who had the same voice as the customer service agent.  I told her that was unacceptable and I wanted to speak with her Manager.  Finally [redacted] # [redacted] came on the line and was no help at all - said this was Spirit Air policy and I needed to call JustFly.  I told her that JustFly sells for Spirit Air and that they should honor communication that I previously received.  Since my phone call, I have found numerous complaints regarding Spirit Airlines.  I expect compensation for this poor service and will continue to bash Spirit Airlines until I hear from the CEO of Operating ServicesA DISGRUNTED CUSTOMER!!!!!

Justfl [redacted] does not care about their customers! They state on their website we had hours to cancel our flight When I called because I needed to change our flight to another date I was told by the representative that the airline’s policy is that no cancellations may be made if the flight was within days Nowhere on justfl [redacted] was this specified I was told that we would either have to forfeit half of the price of our original tickets to cancel or would be charged the difference the airline charges What choice did I have? I have to fly out to get on my cruise I called the airline and they told me to contact justfly.com I got to a supervisor at justfl [redacted] who did not help me and kept interrupting me He told me that I allowed the charges when I called previously to cancel my flight (again, what other choice did I have?!) I asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me he is the supervisor I told him that there has to be someone above him, like the owner of the company and he said the owner does not take calls What kind of world is this when you screw customers and the customers have no one on their side? I made a mistake in days A flight that originally cost me $round trip is now costing me $ This business must be shut down!

I tried to purchase airline tickets from justfly [redacted] on May 24, my card was declinedI made several more attempts on May and received "credit card declined" emailsHowever, as I learned, my card was charged $4,The tickets were not providedWhen I called justfly.com, I asked them to either provide the tickets or refund the moneyThey were unable to find the charge but promised to refund the moneyIt's been days and I am out $4,It was a debit card, which means they took that money out of my checking accountI need that money urgentlyI believe those people are either crooks or completely incompetentIt's very hard to talk to them, their phone reception is terrible and unclear and there is communication backI am out more than $4K and I don't know how to pay my mortgage now!

On October 4, 2017, I purchased roundtrip airfare from Chicago to Frankfurt, Germany through [redacted] the receipt clearly stated that the first checked bag was freeOn the flights to Germany through SAS, there were no issues, On the return flights through Icelandic Air, however, they stated that my ticket was "Economy Light" and did not include free baggageI had no choice but to pay an additional 88Euros to check the bagWhen I complained to JustFly, they claimed they had no responsibility, even though it clearly states that the 1st checked bag was free on all the flights they sold me

Beware! I was quoted one price during booking, which still showed during checkout and was confirmed in an email received from the agency shortly after purchaseThe charges that hit my credit card were significantly higher Since those charges did not show up until well after the three-hour window of time allowed to cancel or change reservations, I appealed to the company to credit the difference Their response was that the charges were made by the airlines and were nonrefundable In addition, the return date booked was not the one I had selected during the booking process The costs quoted to change the return to my selected date were prohibitive (about as much as the original total cost)

I booked a trip with justfly [redacted] on 3/08, for the trip I was charged a total of $for the flight and a $fee for a seat selectionOn 10/3, I was imputing the flight into my flight application on my phone and received a notification that my flight was cancelledI had to contact justfly to get confirmation that my flight was cancelled, which they seemed at first to have no knowledge ofFinally they confirmed my flight was cancelled and didn't offer to refund me or help rebookOnce I asked about receiving a refund so that I could book another flight they said they would check in to refunding me and needed to contact me back in - hours, and if they were to refund me it would be 6-weeksI then called British airways to determine why the refund took so long, where they confirmed they had not recieved my money/payment for the flight and unfortunately couldn't help meI think called justfly [redacted] back, where they continued to give me the run around and left me on hold
