My wife booked a ticket to Brazil with Justfly [redacted] back in July of this yearAt the time we were expecting a baby in the second week of SeptemberWe tried to add the baby on the ticket at the time of purchase, but they said that was not possible and all we had to do was simply call back after the baby was born and they can do a quick add of our babyIn addition to that, the ticket that we purchased was changed by Justfly***Although the dates remained the same, the flight times were changedWe were told that we would receive an updated ticket within 24-hoursThis happened at the start of SeptemberOur baby was born on Sept10th and since then we have been trying to add the baby to the ticketAt first Justfly [redacted] said we had to keep waiting since they had not issued the new ticket with the flight changes yetThen they told us that we need to contact the airlines directly to get the updated ticketsWhen we call the airlines, they quickly told us that we have to speak to Ju

Hellio, I am a 31-year old man fully disabled on Social SecurityI was gifted a round-trip flight from Boston to [redacted] in IrelandI had a medical flare up and was unable to make the first flight and therefore they made the entire round trip purchase null and void without any consideration for the fact that I didn't have control over what happenedI'm now $in the hole and cannot go back to the Homeland to bring family ashes because of the scam travel websiteIt would be nice to get some kind of Retribution please make sure they don't do this to anybody else

On 4-20-2018, I purchased two flight tickets online from JustFly [redacted] to travel to Bangkok Thailand in December This was the first time that I purchased flight tickets on my ownIn the middle of this process, I realized that the date was incorrect and proceeded to try to cancel the ticketThe function for cancelling the ticket on Just Fly's website did not allow me to complete the cancellation and appears to not functionI saw change flight selectionWithout knowing there is an additional charge, I went on and changed the flight in order to resolve the problemI saw the price of $which I thought then would be my final bill, so I selected itAfter I selected it, I noticed that the final bill was $which is too expensive for meI tried to cancel again it with the online system, but it did not workOne of my co-workers advised me to call the company to cancel itI called the company to cancel it, but the company's representative would not cancel itThey told m

They lied to me times since I had a credit for $so they can make profit for themselves without having me rebook with it and the price keep going up - good for justfly comp only not customer...this is a scam please everyone let have a group lega with [redacted] so they know that when they messed up with us for time and funds they have to pay it back something

I purchased 2 airline tickets back in June of 2016 and while traveling abroad the airline cancelled all international flights permanently and was left without a flight home. OK, paid $900 twice the price to get back home. Upon my return I contacted justfly for the refund. They said I would need to contact the airline. OK, contacted the airline and finally received confirmation through a US Department of Transportation Complaint that Dynamic Airlines refunded the $521.40 back to the TRAVEL AGENT and I needed to contact justfly [redacted] for the refund back to my card. It is now 2/21/2017 and the refund is still not on my card. I have emailed and called over and over (I have lost count) I have provided bank statements showing the original purchase and every statement after to PROVE I have yet to receive a refund. I have worked at many financial institutions and the premise that a refund can take up to 8 weeks is ridiculous! Even then I patiently waited and NOTHING! Now they are saying there is

Purchased flight tickets to leave to Ukraine on July 2, Subsequently was in an automobile accident on June 15, and injured as a resultAttempted to change the flight days and provided a report from my treating doctor stating that I will be in treatment for at least next weeks which would take me to mid July and then another 4-weeks of treatmentAll the information was sent to [redacted] on June 19, This was made in attempt to waive the $cancellation fee due to medical reasonsStill keep getting the run around requesting more and more information from the doctor that was already providedJustfly [redacted] is attempting to cheat me out of the funds that are contractually can be waivedTheir staff in obviously oversea office are not knowledgeable and have very poor EnglishThey do not have any answers and can only read a scriptAsked to be transferred to a supervisor and was transferred to another non-English speaking person, who also had no ideaF

Used "Justfly" for the first time ever to book a domestic flight roundtrip and had a wonderful experience, everything went smoothSoon after booking, I decided to further into some reviews of this company and instantly got "worried" and "stressed out" due to the overwhelming number of negative experiencesHowever, despite the opposition I had a smooth experience all aroundHere are some key points I hope may help anyone worried and/or uncertain: - Make sure you are in the system: Go to the official airliner's website (Spirit, American, Delta, United, etc.) and enter your confirmation code and other info into their "Flight Status Checker Tool"Look over the information, check names, date, time, etcto ensure accuracyWhatever information shows on their site is what is in the systemIf you're extra cautious you can even call the airliner (which is typically a toll free number) and it will tell you the what is in the system- ALL flights are non-refundable: If for any reason you are not able to make the flight and need to cancel, you will not receive a refundWhat is even more strange is they will charge you to cancel and get a refund! Doesn't sound much like a refund to meIf you aren't able to make the flight then just leave it be, the airliner won't wait around if you don't show up- Information / details must be precise: If you accidentally entered the wrong name(s), date(s), or flight details then don't count on "Justfly" to fulfill it properlyThey will charge you to change anything and in which I've heard even when paid won't get updated within the airliner's / airports system (as if they never requested the change) - Double check for any additional charges: When you're booking your flight, keep an eye on that price and ensure it isn't going up significantlyAlso make sure to check your bank statements to ensure there isn't any extra chargesThis is just taking extra precautions- Extremely poor customer service: Don't waste your time contacting "Justfly" via phone, you will wait a long time, get hung up on, or the representative will insist on some way of getting you to spend more moneyTo sum up JustflyThey are a greedy organization with several schemes to suck more money out of youHowever, their ticket prices are some of the most inexpensive, but is definitely a unreliable company when any problem arisesIf you did everything right on your part then you should be just fineHowever, if you want complete certainty and support with your flight just simply book from one of the airliner's official websiteRecommendation: Book from "Google Flights" or the airliner's official website

Good day to anyone reading this, Just Fly absolutely dose not care the smallest bit about their customers, I had a simple mis-spelling of my last name, one extra letterAfter pleading with them not to charge me 75$, they were extremely rude, the customer service rep almost sounded happy about the situation I was inAfter I agreed to pay, they gave me the WRONG information about the procedure, they instructed me to email my passport to the airline, and JUSTFLY provided me with the emailA few hours before my flight, the name was still not updated, I called the airline and they told me that JUSTFLY need to email them the passport from their email, not my personal emailWhen I called JUSTFLY back to let them know that they are the ones that need to email the airline not me, they said " so what? the original issue with the name typo is your fault not mine"This stingy and unprofessional attitude will trickle down to every customer, never expect them to go out of the way to help you in the smallest degree

I purchased tickets with JustFly [redacted] and the day that I went to check in, I was told that my reservations were cancelled. As I went on and questioned American Airlines about the matter, I was told that there was nothing that could be done about it. I had to spend double the amount to be able to fly to my destination. I was put on standby for hours and was extremely infuriated. After the fact, I called in to American Airlines in order to receive my refunds for the flights that were cancelled and was told that there was a restriction on my refunds and that I couldn't receive the amount. I am still furious and would love for something to be done about this.

Purchased airline tickets online for a business trip, a name on one of the tickets contains a misspelling - simply an extra "m" in the name "Flemming." We have been trying to have the spelling corrected to match the individual's passport (and proper name) for weeks with horrible and varying information from JustFly [redacted] customer service

3/6/ "DEDICATION - Doing what we do with passion and integrityWe believe our work ethic speaks for itself." This is the ridiculous statement on their website! Nothing could be farther from the truth! I booked a round trip flight, only to learn AFTER the purchase that it was actually one way ticketsWhen I needed to make a change, the fees were $from justfly, and $for each "ticket" from the airlineWhen I pointed out that I requested a round trip ticket and choose from the options presented (as one ticket), they refused to budge on their $feeYes, they are right, their work speaks for itself, unfortunately the message is that they misrepresent what they are selling and don't do right by their customers when they are caught with shady practices! Be VERY careful using this service or better yet, go with a reputable service you can count on and avoid these jokers entirely!

I reserved a flight for $234/person at [redacted] for myself and my infant son (who does not need a seat)After I had made the reservation, I saw the price was significantly higher (it was about $when I expected it to be $468)I called the [redacted] billing number on November 28, at about 9:00PM immediately after I got the receipt for the original bookingI explained the issue and the billing agent acknowledged that he saw the same price of $234/person and my total should have been lessHe advised me to cancel the reservation and he would connect me with the selling agent to book the flight at the reduced priceHe initially said there would be a cancellation feeI asked him why since there was an issue with [redacted] 's websiteHe then tried to reduce the fee to $I told him that I would not pay a cancellation fee because either I am wrong about the price and I will keep the original booking or [redacted] is wrong and I should be given the reduced priceHe seem

My in laws [redacted] ) purchased flights from Chicago to Australia through JustFly (booking [redacted] ) on Qantas Airlines (booking # [redacted] )since purchasing they have both been diagnosed with cancer and under gone surgery(double mastectomy) and are unable to travelI scanned to them a letter from Doctors and requested a full refundThey informed me they must charge a $500./ ticket cancellation fee ($1,000.) out of an elderly couples fundsI contacted Qantas and they cannot do anything since the ticket is through a agency, but stated had they been purchased directly through Qantas they would fully refund based on the situationI called Just Fly back and explained this to them but they still want to charge $1,The greed and arrogance of the agent and supervisor was appalling

I booked a flight through justfly [redacted] on April 20th, 2016. The trip in question is a flight from San Francisco to Tokyo, booked on ANA (All Nippon Airlines) and operated by United Airlines. There were problems with the booking and it was cancelled through United Airlines. I received an email notification confirming this from justfly***. Fearing I would lose my seats on the booked flight, I rebooked the exact same flight and seats again through justfly [redacted] on April 21st, 2016. Four days later, while reviewing my bank statement, I noticed I have been charged for both sets of tickets even though the first flight was cancelled. I have since contacted justfly [redacted] via the only means they make publicly available, their customer service phone number ( [redacted] ), and have tried several times to reach a solution, thoroughly explaining the situation, pointing out I have been charged twice for exactly them same flight, on the same airline, in exactly the same seats. the only response after a

I was charge twice for my airline ticket. They told me that American Airlines were the ones who double charge me, to find out, that it was not the truth. They refuse to give me a refund. When you call them, they are very rude on the phone and scream at you, as if your were not the customer. Justfly.com need to stop with that practice.

BEST ADVISE I CAN GIVE: We've had almost identical problems with JustFly [redacted] Many of the complaint posts we've read are nearly identical to what we've experienced. [redacted]
