My Grandpa purchased tickets for us to visit our home state from our duty station Our orders changed and now my husband has to go overseas As a result we have to move with a moving van and cancel plane tickets Justfly.*** will do nothing other than provide a travel credit for another time rather than provide a refund We gave them a copy of the orders and still they will do nothing We contacted American Airlines and they are, so far, complicit with Justfly.com in RIPPING OFF ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY This is a legitimate issue that needs attention in more than our household

You make a purchase with them and when you try to fix a mistake they made or you want to Add or change additional information they rather cancel the whole transaction and tell you to make new reservations so that they can keep a lot of money for each ticket that you purchased though them They charge over $dollars to cancel the transaction per ticket Which is unfair because sometimes they make mistakes not consumers when people are purchasing ticketsIt's so unfair that they get to charge money on your credit card for a purchase that didn't happenedAnd it's a lot of moneyIf the airline reimburses your money why do they get to keep such a large amount of money for a service that was not completed

Pop ups are terrible in this case! Looking for a round trip ticket and up popped justfly! I thought ok, I'll try this! Well after hours and phone calls later, still no satisfaction! Tried to complete on webpage and when I received confirmation, it was the wrong times with longer layovers! I'm traveling with an infant and my mom so I was searching for a quicker flight! After three calls, I still have original tickets with an increase in fare! Had babies birthdate right on first tickets, now it is wrong! Very frustrating and unprofessional business, if that is what you call them!!!! Please be careful if you even think you want to use this business! Language barrier was a hugh problem!!!! Literally had to spell letter by letter and still communication was non existent!

I had to change a flight due to a death in the familyAfter much back-and-forth, I was able to communicate to a supervisor that at the time of changing the flight, I would be refunded both the $change fee and the $WestJet penalty feeAt that time the supervisor refunded the $due to "misinformation", but informed me that I needed to call WestJet for the $I called; WestJet told me absolutely not - Justfly collected that fee, not them, and I needed to take it up with themI had an incredibly stressful conversation with a supervisor, in which I was given four or five completely different reasons why they couldn't refund the fee, some of which approached ridiculousNeedless to say, I wasn't successful
