They argue that flights change quickly and no price is guaranteed, but why does the price only update on the payment page and not the advertising page? I booked my flight with this company and I noticed a couple weeks later that my dates were backwards I was flying into my home city from my destination and leaving from my home city returning to my destination It is possible that I booked it wrong but I don't believe soNever the less, when I contacted them to change the flight to the correct dates they wanted to charge me an additional $which I thought I would get a credit for the original $(give or take, just rounding the numbers) I was fine paying an extra $for the mistake but they said it was in addition to So my original $dollar flight would end up costing $1, Talking to to a very helpful representative from the Revdex.com, he recommended I contact the actual airline It made sense and was a great idea They were able to cancel the incorrect flight and book me on the correct one only having to pay a fraction of what JustFly wanted to charge me The additional cost for me was around $300, not $ I understand that I have to pay fees and make up the cost difference of the flights I just think that more than double is a bit excessive I do want to say that everyone I spoke to at JetBlue was very helpful and extremely nice I should have checking into JustFly before using them I do not recommend them for booking flights
