I made a mistake in booking my flight and was charged $to modify only one leg of the trip as the return leg was restrictedWhen prompted to find new dates the web portal did not specify that both revised dates did not workUnder the assumption that my flight change was ok I pressed submit and a processing prompt popped up and after mins it indicated that it was unable to process my purchase BUT when I checked on my itinerary the first leg was modified but the return leg was notIf I knew the $change fee was only for one leg I wouldn't have gone through with the purchaseNow i'm paying $for a one-way trip from Boston to LA flying economy...enough saidI will never use them again and urge others to take screen shots of every stage of the purchase if you do use them
