Justice takes consumer feedback seriously and welcomes the opportunity to address the concerns in this complaint We have had significant system issues that lead to the customer's order being canceled but have since resolved the issues on our website We have attempted to contact the customer via phone on separate occasions in order to apologize and assist her further but have not been able to reach her We are sending an email today with an apology and shipping her a gift card for her trouble Customer Relations
