Justice takes consumer feedback seriously and welcomes the opportunity to address the concerns in this complaint.  We have had significant system issues that lead to the customer's order being canceled but have since resolved the issues on our website.  We have attempted to contact the...

customer via phone on 2 separate occasions in order to apologize and assist her further but have not been able to reach her.  We are sending an email today with an apology and shipping her a gift card for her trouble.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.I received a phone call from Tammy at Justice yesterday, (Oct. 25, 2016) telling me that our email address has been removed.  Since I went through customer service by phone and also sent an email directly to Justice which was what customer service suggested to have the email address removed in September and that did not work, I guess it may be wise to say, "only time will tell."  I appreciated the personal response from Justice and I appreciate how effective the Ohio Revdex.com did such a good job to help with complaint ID [redacted].  Being a fair person, I accept the resolution and trust that Justice is sincere.
