I am rejecting this response because: This business has been notorious for canceling orders without valid reason long before the glitched happened. They have now confirmed that their company did in fact lie about the reasoning behind the "canceled" orders. I would like to know why some are being shipped, when some of them have been cancelled, and some have been "canceled" and then shipped anyway. It seems as though their "customer service" answers these questions differently each time they are asked.

unable to find an offer for that day other than 30% off clearance. In this type of promotion, prices automatically ring at the discounted rate. I would like to offer assistance and need additional information. Please have Ms. [redacted] provide an image of coupon or ring code/description of the coupon that was presented at checkout. In addition, please request the store number and transaction number for the purchase she made that day.
