Tammy from Justice did contact me directly today and after she had the chance to review everything. Tammy was extremely helpful and was very apologetic regarding the situation that happened. She was able to offer insight into what had happened and she listened. That is was the best part, she listened, she did not rush me through the phone call or try to blow me off. She listened and she offered a resolution that was fair.  As I explained to her, this went a very long way to showing that Justice does indeed care about their customers and customer retention. Kudos to Tammy for the quick and fair response.  Thank you to Justice for taking this seriously.

I spoke with [redacted] from Justice and she apologized for the inconvenience.  She offered to send another letter to my bank releasing the funds and issued a $25 gift card.  There were further complications involving the bank.  I was not able to get back in touch with [redacted] until after the matter was finally resolved (7 days later).  In the end, the funds were released but the process was ridiculous.  I will never again used their website for a purchase and still feel it is wrong to capture the funds from someone's account if the card was declined for any reason.  I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

I am rejecting this response because:I have provided now numerous times the requested information and this is what we have from our purchase. We were informed the gift card would be issued to us and I still don't have it.  I want the promised gift card for all this hassle and mess up and now you are giving me more trouble and cannot locate my purchase information? This is not right. This is the purchase information from this store that is no longer there and the manager of this store was to issue me the gift card and never did! This is a nightmare and now you are being very unhelpful in this matter as well. I will pursue this then with your CEO if you cannot fix it as I located their corns the information as well. This is not good and you have made this matter worse and I'm more upset now

Justice contacted me and has sent me a gift card for $50.  I told them I only wanted the $25 gift card refunded but they wanted to give $50 for any inconvenience.  I have already been sent the $50 gift card via email and I am happy with their quick resolution to this matter.  Thank you!

In order to facilitate a resolution for [redacted] on her recent order,  we have taken the following actions and have communicated these actions to [redacted]:Regarding the outstanding item to be shipped - this item will be shipped to [redacted] once we receive it in our warehouse.  The estimated ship date is 5/14/15.  Although her account will not be charged until the item ships, a refund credit was issued to her credit card, and shows as settled in her account.  Our Customer Care Team has communicated this resolution to [redacted] during several conversations.  We truly value our customers and understand how excited they are to receive our products!  We will ship her outstanding item to her as soon as we have it available to send.
