Tammy from Justice did contact me directly today and after she had the chance to review everythingTammy was extremely helpful and was very apologetic regarding the situation that happenedShe was able to offer insight into what had happened and she listenedThat is was the best part, she listened, she did not rush me through the phone call or try to blow me offShe listened and she offered a resolution that was fair As I explained to her, this went a very long way to showing that Justice does indeed care about their customers and customer retentionKudos to Tammy for the quick and fair response Thank you to Justice for taking this seriously
