I have not yet received the rest of my order.  The actual credit that was promised cannot be realized until the order has been delivered. As for the changes in business practice I requested, I have been told those problems will be sent to other depts. to be addressed. I cannot acknowledge those problems will/ have been resolved.

It’s a pajama party! 40% off all sleepwear starts online now!” email which was sent to customers on 7/14. The details of the promotional offer were listed at the bottom of the email stating that the flash sale was valid through 7/15/16 at 5:29 AM ET. Justice takes consumer feedback seriously and welcomes the opportunity to address the issues raised in this complaint.  Justice recently discovered that a promo code intended solely for use by Justice associates (our employees) was posted on Instagram under the hashtag #glitchmafia.  In fact, this promo code was not yet announced to our associates.  When the user entered the code at our site, the user was notified on-screen that they had used an associate discount code. The transaction was initially allowed to proceed.  After discovering that non-employees were wrongfully using the associate-only code, Justice canceled all such orders.  Justice’s computer system is not set up to display a specific reason for order rejection resulting from unauthorized use of a promo code.  Our best alternative message for this scenario is ‘out of stock,’ and that is what we displayed in this instance even though the items were still available at that time.  As you can see, there were at least a couple red flags to indicate to those attempting to use the promo code that they were misusing the promo code.  Nonetheless, we have already refunded funds associated with purchases made using these promo codes.  But it takes time for the payment issuer (i.e., the credit card company) to effectuate the refund and for the refund to be displayed in the customer’s account.
