Hello, We are in receipt of you complaint on behalf of the customer We understand the customer frustrations and have responded to the complaint by providing a full refund of $on 10/22/ Please allow up to business days for the credit to show from the refunded date Also, please be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged for the full days for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel before the days was overThe system does not and will not allow the client to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he acknowledges the terms and condition of the product The customer is automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the product After the customer finishes their day supply of the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a day supply plus shipping and handlingUsually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service department to return the product and they will then receive a refund Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be chargedIt was stated in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check outThe customer must call in and cancel their account before the day trial is overIf the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged for the trial product and be subscribed onto our monthly subscription Sincerely, JuvaCell
