automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask
to cancel the product. After the customer finishes their day supply of
the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a day supply plus
shipping and handlingUsually, the customer must receive and RMA number from
the customer service department to return the product and they will then
receive a refund. Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled
and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be chargedIt was stated
in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check
outThe customer must call in and cancel their account before the day trial
is overIf the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged

THIS IS A SCAM!!!
This product is not about rejuvenation, it is about your checking account and ripping you off! The terms of the day trial are vague, and when I received the product nothing in the material refers to a monthly chargeIf I didn't check my account regularly these charges would have gone on indefinitely!
When I called to inquire about this the customer service was unhelpful and uncaringThankfully I was able to cancel the account, but at a cost of $90,
Learn from my mistake - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.After calling the company concerning the autoship renewal and desire to cancel, I was told my only option to reduce my charge was to accept the referenced "deal" which is actually x the stated amount because they stated there would be two products being billedI had called during a weekend within hours of the recharge and shipping couldn't have occurred, so the product was still at their site but they were unwilling to interrupt shipping and provide any refundI was chastised for my failing of due diligence when responding to their product trial which made no noticeable statements for no refunds being allowed except hidden within a large amount of legaleese on other linked pagesI have the delivered box unopened ready to return to the company at the earliest point convenientA search of their company products will give you many complaints similar to mine and not a single supporting recommendation that the product does one percent of the stated claims on the web pageThe product is a sham and designed fleece job, nothing more!

I responded to an ad on *** *or JuvaCell Pro skin products offering a free trial of their skin products while paying shipping and handling charges onlyI received two products shortly afterward and was charged $and $for the shipping and handlingAfter using the products, I did not like them as they made my skin burn, itch, and flakeI used them both one time only A month later I received another shipment of the products, which I did not openOn my next credit card bill, I was charged $and $for the "free" productsUpon calling Customer Service, I was informed that I could not receive a refund for the product because I did not respond within daysI did not see on their website that a reply was necessary within daysThey did agree to a full refund for the unopened package but would only give me a 50% refund on the first packageI am still obligated to pay an amount of $for some useless creamI believe that, by not OPENLY posting their prices for these products or their 14-day return policy, I was misledTheir refusal to acknowledge the misleading nature of their advertising is appallingI spoke to a representative who answered the phone and also her manager, both of whom stated their company did nothing wrongI am very unhappy with how this was handledI will never do business with this company again
