  Hi, I just wanted to thank you for stepping in. I have been refuned the full amount by juvacell, I would like to see them stop using the false advertising though.They count on us 50 somethings, to fall into their trapSent from my NOOKof wanting to look younger,and by using [redacted] on the [redacted]. show is very misleading. Mind you there is no video, just pictures of famous people and [redacted] is reveiling hollywoods secret to looking younger for less then $5.00. I know I should have heard my mother's voice telling me, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! But ellen? Really, yes it was easy to believe, I just love her. be charged for the full 30 days for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel
before the 14 days was over. The system does not and will not allow the client
to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he
acknowledges the terms and condition of the product.  The customer is
automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask
to cancel the product.  After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of
the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus
shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from
the customer service department to return the product and they will then
receive a refund.  Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled
and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged. It was stated
in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check
out. The customer must call in and cancel their account before the 14 day trial
is over. If the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged
for the trial product and be subscribed onto our monthly subscription.

The amount of refund offered is only for he month of September.  August charges also need to be refunded. Attached is the screen shot from the site I ordered from.  Where they direct you to the site now has a totally different look and the order form does have the terms and conditions you must check before ordering.  As you can see in the PDF that is not there.

I did not order nor did I receive any product or service from this company. I was taking care of my dying father and was not at the address supposed product was shipped to from May til mid November. No residents at the address have received any packages in my name. Another reason I know I didnt order this product is because I only use organic products due to allergic reactions. I will continue to dispute any and all charges until they are removed/refunded or I will persue legal action due to fraudulent charges and misuse of personal information.

I ordered one small bottle. Then another came in mail. The third I'm sending back. I did not order these.

I ordered the "free trial" of the skin cream and eye serum via an advertisment online. I was aware of the recurring payments and product shipment and the need to call and cancel if I did not want the product to continue. The creams feel like a quality product where a little bit goes a long way. I ended up canceling future auto shipments because the eye lotion did result in some dryness flaking and a little bit of a burn sensation. The face cream is okay but I did not see it as worth the price. When I contacted customer service, they did offer some better deals on the product but I have no desire for ongoing use. The representative was very professional and quickly honored my request to cancel. I give this a neutral rating because I read the fine print and knew that they would auto bill and ship unless I canceled. The product did not "wow" me and I have had better experience with quality products I purchase at my local CVS.
