I am not satisfied because there were no Terms and Condition boxes that I checked as I always look very carefully before making online purchases. They still owe me $300. If the stand behind their product they should have no problem allowing me to return it unopened so they can sell it to someone else. I'm not even taking into account the financial problems they created by taking $100 from my account without me even knowing it.

Ordered this " Free trial" off a ** link.  There were NO 14 day conditions stated on this link. If ther had been, I would never have ordered what, as it turns out to be, 100.00 dollar per HALF ounce moisurizer.  This company's links thru ** are a misrepresentation of a purchase for shipment price only.  There are many many complaints on line re: this company.  I have returned this unused product to this bait and switch operation in order to get a refund.  SCAM!  I tied to find a place on ** where you could report this company but did not find anything useful.  I WAS MOT aware of any "conditions" of purchase.  Should have been $5 Shipping charge.  Turned out to be $400 owner TWO months.

In response to your letter dated 4/28/16, we are requesting our case be reopened against JuvaCell .
To quickly recap the events, on Jan 3, 2016 my wife accepted a free trial from Juvacell for two skin therapy products for shipping charges of $3.95 and $4.95. My wife did not See any fine print that this trial was for 14 days and if not cancelled within the 14 days, JuvaCell would charge our credit card $98.71 and 89.77 for these two very small bottles. My wife is 72, bedridden and blind in one eye. When these charges appeared on her credit card, we were shocked and immediately called Juvacell. The customer service person was rude and said we should have read the fine print.
I would like to return these items and get Juvacell to credit these charges which are still on our credit card unpaid and will not be paid.
This company Juvacell is a company that is out to cheat people. They should put a note in their box that you have 14 days to try this product.

We understand the customer frustrations and have responded to the complaint by
providing a full refund of $98.71 on 9/18/2015.  Please allow up to 10
business days for the credit to show from the refunded date. ...

Also, please
be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would
be charged for the full 30 days for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel
before the 14 days was over. The system does not and will not allow the client
to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he
acknowledges the terms and condition of the product.  The customer is
automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask
to cancel the product.  After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of
the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus
shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from
the customer service department to return the product and they will then
receive a refund.  Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled
and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged. It was stated
in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check
out. The customer must call in and cancel their account before the 14 day trial
is over. If the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged

[redacted] purchased our trial product on September 14th, 2015, and ended on September 29th, 2015. In our T&C, it states that “If you do not cancel within 10 day + 4 day of your initial trial purchase, we will charge you the same card you provided the full product cost of $98.71 and enroll you in our auto ship program, which will ship you a fresh monthly supply of the product, and charge your card $98.71 every 30 days thereafter. You can cancel out of the autoship program at anytime by contacting customer service at 855-730-2663 or [email protected]”…thus, we are unable to provide a refund in the amount of $753.92 that is being requested.  Although, according to our records it shows [redacted]'s product purchase has been refunded for the their most recent charges of $98.71 & $89.77.

The company has refunded my money and I am pleased with the resolution.
I would advice other people planning to buy this product to read between the lines as the "trial" of this product is the full month size not a trial size and you will be billed for the full amount of the product . Communication is the key in any successful business and shady wording will cause dissatisfaction f the consumers.
