I mistakenlyOrdered this " Free trial" off a ** link There were NO day conditions stated on this linkIf ther had been, I would never have ordered what, as it turns out to be, dollar per HALF ounce moisurizer This company's links thru ** are a misrepresentation of a purchase for shipment price only There are many many complaints on line re: this company I have returned this unused product to this bait and switch operation in order to get a refund SCAM! I tied to find a place on ** where you could report this company but did not find anything useful I WAS MOT aware of any "conditions" of purchase Should have been $Shipping charge Turned out to be $owner TWO months

This company is a scamI was going to order the product and decided after reading all of the reviews not to order the productI hit the send button instead of the cancel buttonI immediately contacted the company (within minutes) and they agreed to cancel the order that I just made
I few days earlier I received the product in the mailI have contacted the company to ask why they sent the product since the order was cancelled and have them refund my $in shippingThe lady that I spoke to on the phone was so rude, I explained the situation to her- here is her solution- sit down for this!!!!
I will mail you a label for the product to be returned for a fee of $Wait, your going to charge me to return a product that I told you not to send me??? I need a manager pleaseAfter the lady, raised her voice at me, talked over me, and was absolutely the rudest customer service rep ever- she gave me to the manager
If your not already sitting downyou better for this one-
I explained the situation to the manager and this is what he told me-
When you hit send, a label is printed in California for the package that will be shipped out the NEXT dayThe next day?? Ok- so why can't you pick up the phone call California and tell them to tear up the label? M'am your not listening to me- when you hit send the label is printed immediately and the product in mailed the NEXT dayUm- yes I am listening- the product is mailed the NEXT day- I ordered the product minutes agoHave someone call the California location and tear up the label before it is shipped the NEXT day!
Don't order anything from this SCAM of a companyI understand that the charge that charged me was only the shipping, but the fact that I called immediately and this company still charged me and sent the productSCAM!!!!!
