I ordered this product to TRY and paid the shipping. The product burned my face and caused a rash to come up on my neck. I threw the product in the trash. Today I looked at my bank account and saw two debits equaling almost $200.00. I called and was told I signed a contract so I wouldn't get my money back. Really? I didn't sign a contract and I want my money back. After the 2nd call, I ended up getting back 75% of what I paid when the first CSR only offered 50%. This company needs to be put out of business and please tell all of your family, friends and coworkers about this RIP OFF COMPANY. They steal from your bank account and are a bunch of thieves.

Our records indicate that [redacted] contacted our customer service team and verbally agreed to a partial refund on $44.00 on each charge on March 15th, 2016. Though the customer was past the guarantee period, by accepting this partial refund the customer had agreed to settle and cancel the account. We are in receipt of you complaint on behalf of the customer. 
We understand the customer frustrations and have responded to the complaint by
providing a full refund of $98.71 on 10/22/2015.  Please allow up to 10
business days for the credit...

to show from the refunded date.  Also, please
be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would
be charged for the full 30 days for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel
before the 14 days was over. The system does not and will not allow the client
to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he
acknowledges the terms and condition of the product.  The customer is
automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask
to cancel the product.  After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of
the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus
shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from
the customer service department to return the product and they will then
receive a refund.  Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled
and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged. It was stated
in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check
out. The customer must call in and cancel their account before the 14 day trial
is over. If the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged
for the trial product and be subscribed onto our monthly subscription.

I did not order nor did I receive any product or service from this company. I was taking care of my dying father and was not at the address supposed product was shipped to from May til mid November. No residents at the address have received any packages in my name. Another reason I know I didnt order this product is because I only use organic products due to allergic reactions. I will continue to dispute any and all charges until they are removed/refunded or I will persue legal action due to fraudulent charges and misuse of personal information.

I want my full money back, ALL of it refunded. The reason the lady indicated that I wasn't,  was because the shipment I was charged for had slready been sent out and I should be receiving it. The lady was a bully too.  I wouldn't  want the d6tuff anyway, but here it is, 13 days later and the shipment never come. Juvacell needs shut down before it harms other people.
