providing a full refund of $98.71 on 10/08/2015.  Please allow up to 10
business days for the credit to show from the refunded date. ...

Also, please
be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would
be charged for the full 30 days for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel
before the 14 days was over. The system does not and will not allow the client
to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he
acknowledges the terms and condition of the product.  The customer is
automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask
to cancel the product.  After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of
the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus
shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from
the customer service department to return the product and they will then
receive a refund.  Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled
and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged. It was stated
in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check
out. The customer must call in and cancel their account before the 14 day trial
is over. If the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged

The first 6 and last four numbers of my debit card are [redacted] I was never given a receipt but here is a copy of the packing slip that comes with each order as well as a copy of my bank statement so you can see exactly how they charge me. I have now accrued 4 charges as even though I have filed a complaint with you and been in touch with their company I received another $98.71 charge on the 25th of August and this time I never even received anything for it. As it stands now they owe me $394.84. I appreciate any help you can give me. They're killing me financially. Their advertising is very misleading ,they use [redacted] many more beauitful people from Hollywood, They use the picture of [redacted] revealing hollywood 's secert to beauitful skin for under $5.00. The ad that pops up does not say anything  about being charged $98. 77  and  89.73 within 14 days. I never would have agreed to that as I could not afford it. I have more important things to purchase, like new eye glasses that I have bought online at a mush lower price then my eye Doctor can offer me. That's why I was happy to see a trail size offer so reasonably priced. I did not autherize juvacell to withdrawl those higher fees. They got their money $4.95 & $3.95  for the shipping fees. They have returned some of the charges, but I am still out $60.00 . Like I said I have more important things to buy.

My wife did not See any fine print that this trial was for 14 days and if not cancelled within the 14 days, JuvaCell would charge our credit card $98.71 and 89.77 for these two very small bottles. My wife is 72, bedridden and blind in one eye. When these charges appeared on her credit card, we were shocked and immediately called Juvacell. The customer service person was rude and said we should have read the fine print.I would like to return these items and get Juvacell to credit these charges which are still on our credit card unpaid and will not be paid.This company Juvacell is a company that is out to cheat people. They should put a note in their box that you have 14 days to try this product.[redacted]
