The company's offer of 1GB of data (and potential device discount) to resolve my complaint is not only disappointing, it's downright insultingWhile I understand their desire to upgrade to a faster network, charging $for a new device (or $after a $discount off the full retail price) is absurdLet's compare this situation to the automobile industryWhat would happen if the oil industry said they now ONLY have a new blend of gasoline and that the only way to use it is to buy a brand new car (and that the existing cars can't be retrofitted to use this new gasoline). I can't imagine that this would go over very well with all automobile ownersIf Karma wants to contact me directly to discuss this potential discount, they can send me an email message.Please let me know if you need anything else from me at this time

Karma has failed to clearly explain when I can expect my return to be processedThe business' response only said my return would be processed in "to 6" without specifying hours, days, weeks, or monthsFurther, with the amount of time I have already waited, Karma has not given any evidence to suggest that they will meet this new "to 6" days/weeks/months time periodIs Karma guaranteeing that they will process my return in the next "to 6" or do they intend to tell me to wait "to 6" again if they miss this window?
I cannot consider this issue resolved until Karma clearly explains the exact time by which they can guarantee that my return will be processed

The company continues to state they are working on the issue but no refund is ever madeThey state my issue stems from a problem in February but my refund was due in November!

This company used advertising to capture thousands of new customers advertising unlimited data with no caps for $a monthIn the middle of my month and only months after rolling out this service they changed the planYhey throttled speeds and capped dataAfter Cap was reached, the speed offered was so slow you could not even read email
