I signed up for Karma on December [redacted] for the Neverstop planNeverstop was supposed to be an unthrottled unlimited access plan at up to mpsSoon afterwards, they claimed that people were abusing the Neverstop plan by actually making use of the unlimited services, so they changed the plan to make it 15GB a month at mps, before they would throttle it backThen, in mid-February, they cancelled the Neverstop service for a GB per month series of plans and offered full refunds to all Neverstop customers - which would be processed in 4-weeks after receiving the deviceI returned my Karma on the week of February [redacted] - ***, and it was received on February [redacted] per the tracking informationI still have not received my refundI emailed them on May [redacted] to ask about it - and their best guess was it would be another two weeks /maybe/ that they would get to the refund - but they didn't sound certain about it at all

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have received communication from Karma that they will refund the price of the device which I have returned, but not the full purchase price, which included month of unlimited data However, on January [redacted] they charged my account for another month of unlimited data Januar [redacted] they sent the email that, so sorry, unlimited has a limit of GB, but once reached you will still be able to do email etc at slower speeds The slower speeds wouldn't even download an email with no content except "test"In the subject I expect the $I paid for the device and the $I paid for another month of unlimited data I did not receiveI have not yet received any refund at all In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.The FAQ provided by Karma contradicts the statement in their prior email to me that I would lose all of my prepaid data if I didn't participate in the Grandfather Plan Conditional upon Karma keeping their word in the FAQ that I will not lose my remaining prepaid data even if I do not participate in the Grandfather Plan, the matter has been satisfactorily resolved I reserve the right to refile a complaint should Karma not hold to the terms stated in their FAQ Sincerely, [redacted]

I appreciate your continued feedback. To give a little insight into why we made this decision, we built Karma Go as a wireless mobile device, and built our data plans around that mobile use, not use at home. We underestimated how many people would want to use Karma for home, and our metrics were wrong. In the short term, the unlimited version of Neverstop will not return—we’re not able to sustain that kind of use. Bringing back unlimited or instituting a higher cap isn’t something we can support. While we can no longer offer the original product, we are happy to help you get your Karma Go returned for a full refund including the data you purchased as well. Placed a "pre-order" with the company back in October of 2014- they advertised the product would ship by DecemberThey product never shipped - they kept sending emails every so often indicating that the product had technical problems and the release date had been delayedMarch of came and after so many delays I decided to cancel the purchase and got a money refundedThen on July 2015, they advertise that the product was ready and that it would ship in two weeksI placed an order again - today is September the ***, 2015, and they still haven't shipped the productTheir website continues to falsely advertise that their products ship within weeks and it has been completely for over a yearI send them a e-mail inquiring about the product and all they reply is that the product will ship within two weeksMy impression is that they are milking the credit card payments by depositing the money collected from sales in an account to start drawing interest right away - more of a scam than a serious companyThe only comfort I found was that I found out they have been doing the same thing to thousands of customers - so I was not the only one they scammed
