classic bait and switch advertisingtheir website and online ads broadcasted unlimited data at 5mbps speeds and guess what, the people who have no internet came running and we thought this was finally our savior only to have it ripped from us three weeks later

I am sorry that you are upset. Like I said before we are under completely new management and need time to fix these issues. There is no set date but we intend to refund every customer that deserves one.

At first Karma provided quality 4g mobile internet and customer serviceRecently Karma has changed its data plans which has angered many customersI, for one, am an unhappy customerI prepaid for a year's worth of service with their "neverstop" planThis past month, Karma significantly changed its policy of the "neverstop" planI have sent numerous emails to discuss the issue, but I have been ignoredThis company is in hiding now and will not address customer concernsI will continue to try, but I have little hope of any correspondenceI would not recommend using their product or service
