Dear [redacted] I am writing in response to your correspondence addressed to the Revdex.com (“Revdex.com”) regarding your Huntington debit card ending in [redacted] Huntington received this matter for review on August 22, I apologize for any inconvenience this matter may have caused youAfter reviewing your debit card and related checking account (ending in ***), I can provide the following information: You contacted Huntington by phone on July 6, to inform us that you were traveling outside of the United States and would be using your Huntington debit card to make purchases This travel notification was in effect until July 16, There were no holds placed on your debit card nor any declined transactions during this timeframe Your debit card ending in [redacted] was closed on August 4, when you informed our [redacted] banking office that there were fraudulent transactions not authorized or done by you Your new debit card ending in [redacted] was received and activated on August 11, You initiated debit card dispute case number [redacted] on August 6, at our [redacted] banking office indicating that three (3) foreign ATM withdrawals were fraudulent and not authorized or done by you After reviewing the dispute, our Debit Card Operations issued final credit three (3) amounts of $28.56, $and $to your checking account on August 14, Your account was also refunded $0.86, $and $for the foreign transaction fees caused by the transactions being converted into U.Sdollars when posted to your checking account, as well as, three (2) fees of $each because the transactions were completed at a non-Huntington ATM We sent you a confirmation letter via regular U.Smail on this same day to inform you of the credits to your checking account Please be aware, your comments regarding your customer service experience described have been shared with the appropriate levels of banking office management for any possible coaching and improvement opportunities Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this matter may have caused you; however, we are unable to provide any additional compensation for expenses you incurred while travelingIn your complaint, you acknowledged having another method of payment available to youAdditionally, Huntington is permitted to monitor your activity in an effort to protect your funds and prevent fraud Please know that we do appreciate your business and value your opinion as a Huntington customerIf I may be of further assistance to you, please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####, extension [redacted] Sincerely, Casey JS [redacted]

I'm rejecting this response from Huntington Bank for a si for reasonThe letter I received in the mail, I received days after I contacted the Revdex.comHowever, the letter head is dated on the 28thI'm sorry, it doesn't take the mail days to get hereSo to me, all that proves NEGLIGENCE on behalf of Huntington bankThat the only reason they mailed me an official letter was because I contacted the Revdex.com, not before like they're making it appearHow do I know? The stamped envelope has a date on itIt didn't take days to arrive to meIt tool So to be honest, It's a deceptive practice, minor issue or not, It's deceptive and I will be switching banks as soon as possible

It has been explained to the customer that we have had our security specialist review the bank video from the day in question and they have determined that she did not give any cash to the banker nor did she walk up to the teller line during her visit and for this reason the position of The Huntington has not changed and we will not be honoring her request for $Explained that video is proprietary and will not be shared with customer
