*** the issue is with product changeThe manufacture of the GPX radio went from using AA batteries to AAA batteriesThis caused some confusion for staff and offendersIf the offender ordered the AA radio it was substituted with the AAA radio*** *** staff doesn't issue batteries to offenders a list is provided to security and they are provided the productSecurity staff then verifies the offender has the required product to use the batteries before they can receive themThis could explain why it is being held in propertyWe can issue him the correct batteries to resolve the issueAs for the items he would like to have he has access to an order form they are provided by the building he resides in, and property is processed monthlyHe is due a refund for #*** file folders (5), in the managers absence the receipt was missed filed and he will receive his refund by the end of the weekHope this helps

to the state or to the facilitiesThat information is not shared with usOnce the deposit is completed it is up to the facilities inmate trust account to distribute the funds Access Corrections does charge a processing fee for all deposit transactionCorrespondence with the inmate will help to notify family members if fines are due

I am only choosing yes because there is nothing that is going to be done and a disclosure is not going to be put on your website about deposits being used for booking fees and fines The portion of their response that due not charge a fee for processing is not accurate, I put $on my sons account and was charged a total of $26.95, that means a fee of $was charged to me for a processing fee I will no longer put money on my sons account for him to purchase hygiene items since it will just be taken for booking fees Which means you will no longer be making money off of me! I will pass the word along to folks that I meet during visitation with my son, that they may be paying fines and booking fees for the inmate instead of there loved one being able to purchase things they may need for hygiene or to get a snack Revdex.com Thank you for help in this matter

Dear Mr***,We are sorry that you feel the music kiosk at *** Correctional Facility damaged your player. We offer a player review / repair service on all our MPplayers. Out players come with a day manufacturer's warranty, but we offer the review service whether the player is
covered under warranty or not. We are more than happy to review your player for you and try to recover the player to full functionality.Access Corrections has music kiosks all across the United States, and we monitor this equipment remotely and review the functionality of this equipment with notices of player issues and facility notification that the kiosk is malfunctioning. Access Corrections reviews trends in notifications, especially when those notifications are coming from the same facility. We do no have record of such a trend in player / kiosk notifications from *** C.F., nor do we see above player return numbers from *** at the time that we received notification from you concerning your player.There's no evidence that the kiosk is damaging players at *** Correctional Facility, and we have numerous connections, song downloads, and successful player updates at this facility. If you would like us to review your player and try to recover the functionality of the player, please contact us at *** option to make arrangements to get your player to Access Corrections

Access Promptly made satisfactory corrections to my complaint. They even went the extra mile and replaced a $moldy bacon bits I wrote them about but did not put in the complaint. Since after walking away from the R&R window we have little recourse for problems. Thank you for
