I order $53 dollars worth of commissary items on 5/2 which it has been 8 totals days as of today. I emailed customer service to get a response stating that inmate will receive items on 5/15. There is no schedule listed on the rockwall county jail section of their website. It does state that shipments are delivered once a week. When I placed order they shouldn't have processed payment until items actually ship. Also if they are going to take 14 days to deliver then it should be notated on the website so consumer has a choice in whether or not this is a fast option for them which turns out it is not a FAST OPTION and frankly I should not be charged for shipping that takes 14 days when it's not worth it. Beware of this company, they neglect to give full disclosure of the time that it takes for items to ship. This is very misleading service as well.

Access Corrections has a procedure in place for issues with songs that have poor qualityWhen songs are poor in quality, the inmate should fill out a tech form or call Access Corrections, the songs will be review for quality and that they are the correct songsAfter reviewing our records for a tech form from Mr*** we are unable to locate any tech forms from Mr*** If possible please have Mr*** complete a tech form and we will gladly review any songs that Mr*** feel are incorrect or poor in qualityIf the songs have issues we will gladly refund for those songsThank you
