I agreed to purchase a new HVAC system with installation from GenzRyan The offer was on the sales person's tablet and he verbally discussed the products that were bring offered and agreed to alone with the warranty Warranty has parts once directly from GenzRyan and the other is the parts warranty from the manufacture I asked when I would receive this information in writing and the sales person (Steve ***) told me that I would get this in an email The ONLY documentation I received via email was the invoice that listed a general HVAC description and NOT the specific information about what manufacture(s) and module number(s) were to be installed This invoice also incorrectly listed the GenzRyan part of the warranty at years "Can't write a check" and while the sales person was in my home he told me and I agreed to the year "Can't write a check" warranty I have NEVER received any information about the manufactures warranty part as I was told I would I feel this sal

Steve ***, a service tech for Genz Ryan, came out to our house late last night due to an A/c failure. He was professional, well informed and explained our lousy situation to us. He said he would try his hardest to help us with the manufacturer whose equipment failed and to get back asap to do the work himself. Overall, Steve was a buttoned up representative for Genz Ryan and handled a hard situation well.

All my experiences thus far with Genz-Ryan have been positiveTheir phone representatives and service personnel are friendly and very helpfulJeff Pcame today for a yearly checkup on my furnace (from being under their service plan)He was friendly and knowledgeable and provided insight on what we can do to get the best performance of our furnace in addition to proactively watching furnace parts that may need replacement in the coming years due to the age of the furnace and usual wear from useHe helped provide estimates on cost as well so we can plan ahead for potential part replacementsI value his expertise in his craft and I would highly recommend Genz-Ryan to everyone

Alberto was nothing short of amazing during his visit to our home today He was respectful, resourceful, and knowledgeable when it came to explaining the situation we had with our air conditioner He explained everything that was going on so I was able to understand it, and he gave us all of our options going forward I want to thank him over and over for all that he did during his visit today

Nick M, Service Tech with Genz-Ryan was very professional, answered all my questions to my satisfaction He did find a problem with my furnace which he explained in detail He repaired the problem promptly

AMAZING! We had our water heater go out last Thursday and Matt Mand Lauren came out to our houseThey made things easy for us and we got the plan (with a little finagling a few things around) and they were GREAT! In an approximate time of hours we had the water heater replaced, old one out the door and done! It was not your typical just replace and get out of thereMatt Mcalled the parts department and they came out right awayWe will use Genz-Ryan againIt helped that I kept MtDew at their side too!

Water heater repairExtraordinary customer service

I had an old water heater that had stopped heating water Joel PCame out to assess the situation He gave me several options including both repair and replacement options and answered all of my questions knowledgeably and without any hard sale techniques I ended up replacing my water heater which was replaced same day Joel was great! I would definitely use Genz-Ryan again In fact, I'm planning to use them later this year for a boiler tuand safety inspection

Mike Busher was inspecting our home AC unit and found a major problem with the AC Air Delivery System Rather than schedule a second appointment, Mike volunteered to return the very next day and repair the fault
In doing so, we now have a new system the very next day which we are able to utilize 24-with much cleaner, cheaper and more efficient air distribution
Without Mikes help we would have continued putting ourselves at health-risk since we both are very sensitive to allergens
SO THANK YOU MIKEGREAT JOB!!

11-15-Genz-Ryan came to my home to do a Furnace Cleaning It ended up the Service person- shut off my Heat because their was a crack in the Heat Exchanger and some other findings also He told me verbally all that was wrong He then proceeded to tell me, he could fix the furnace for xx dollars or I could buy a new one for xx dollars I said I need to get a 2nd Opinion a second bid; that I couldn't make a decision for such a large purchase with one opinion I said when you send me your email of "confirmation of payment" also put in what you found wrong Note the Furnace cleaning was $or $I wrote him a check He said he would email me that day He did NOT give me any paperwork on what he saw or did As a consumer; knowing nothing about Furnaces --it was pretty much greek to me and I could not remember all what he said I never got the email; I called the Genz-Ryan Service Number or timeslast time was 11-24-at 9:30am When I called Genz-Ryan the first t

Bill Bwas wonderful He provided excellent information on the options available to us Allowed us some time to make a decision and installed our new water heater all in one afternoonHe stayed into the early evening to complete the installationHe was very personnel and professional Thanks Bill

Joe *** from Genz-Ryan along with his fellow installers and electricians, installed a new air conditioner and a new humidifier for meI was impressed with the hard work, professional attitudes and pleasant customer relations skills of each of them but Joe stood out from the crowd

Genz Ryan technicians are consistently very good Well trained and very good with the customer They are able to explain the procedures, etc

Dave Bwas our technician He was prompt, polite and honest We needed a new Water Heater and Water Softener He was extremely knowledgeable and was very thorough in explaining what was wrong and needed to be done We called for service in the morning and they were out in the afternoon Dave stayed into the evening to finish the job Highly recommend Genz-Ryan Thank you Dave for the excellent service!!
