Central Air-Conditioner stopped workingThey sent two technicians who "worked on the problem" for over an hour and presented me with six "options", from their "bandaid" option to their "platinum." They ranged in price from $to over $The cost included a new "line set" (which I had paid them over $to replace last year when I put a hole in the line.) We had Genz Ryan at our house again last Friday and teh technician Matt was topnotch as far as plumbers go and fixed everything in a timely and efficient mannerIt was a little more than we wanted to spend but so nice NOT to have the shower dripping! He also noticed that our kitchen faucet had a leak, so we took the opportunity to replace that as wellWE plan to continue using them and feel they are genuine and we got our money's worthThanks again!

This company is not honest, overcharge people and give multiple answers that are different from their promisesThey do not have set prices and change their prices as they see fitI was told that a pressure test was $1,and was charged $2,I asked to get an itemized statement for their justification of the amountI have not received a statementI received a bill for a permit for work done that was never done and for a city inspectionThis business is not customer driven, rather than deep pocket driven and deceitful! I am telling everyone that wants a recommendation for a plumber to look elsewhere!
