Hi, although we had nothing to do with the recent balloon accident in [redacted] we continue to be inundated with refund requests and customer service issues as a result of it We will be more than happy to provide a refund, Accounts Payable is back in the office on September 6th we will process the refund then Also I will enclose a self addressed stamped envelope so they can return the flight ticket to us when they receive their refund check She is disputing an amount that does not equal to the amount she paid for the tickets she paid $for the flight ticket so we will make the check out to what she paid us for the ticket, if she can provide us information with what the difference was we will be happy to adjust the amount Thank you Diane

Hi I apologize if you were treated rudely I am not sure whom you spoke with This is a very busy time for most of our pilots, so sometimes it is hard to get a ride scheduled or it does take some time for them to return phone calls With that being said, We will be happy to give you

Hi, I am out of the office until the 28th, We have responded with an attachment for her to get a refundUnfortunately she must not be able to open the attachment. We can issue her a refund check as soon as I'm back in the office. We will need to get the
