will process the refund then.  Also I will enclose a self addressed stamped envelope so they can return the flight ticket to us when they receive their refund check  She is disputing an amount that does not equal to the amount she paid for the tickets  she paid $342.90 for the flight ticket so we will make the check out to what she paid us for the ticket, if she can provide us information with what the difference was we will be happy to adjust the amount.   Thank you  Diane

the gift card and my parents are very upset by the entire experience and the recent accidents involving hot air balloon flights. I see online that MANY people have been requesting refunds and have infact been refunded. As such, I would like my $514 returned.
