I am rejecting this response because I have not received the refund check. I will accept the response when I receive the check. Why haven't they been asked to provide proof of having "processed" the check and/or sent the check?
Please see attached file - you will see numerous emails from the company that claim they are working/processing - I started this request on February 1st. It is not an acceptable answer that they claim to have mailed something - but its not their fault if the post office hasn't delivered. *

Hi,  We would be happy to give this customer a refund, We are currently under negotiation with our pilots at this time.  We are hoping to get this situation settled in a timely manor.  All the customer has to do is return the flight ticket back to us and please put to my attention...

I am rejecting this response.  I sent my complaint in writing on August 9 to the company as well as funneling this...

complaint through the Revdex.com.  I tried calling the business on their 800 number today to further resolve this and get instructions for the return of the flight ticket, and had the operator confirm that the phone number that they post on their website is no longer a valid number.   I would be willing to drive to their offices and return the flight ticket in person in return for a refund.

I am rejecting this response because: processing a refund check on April 12th is not the same...

as sending the check. Today is April 20, and I do not have a check. I will send a file tomorrow showing all the requests and responses dating back to February 1st. I continue to feel like I am getting the run around.

I don't know where I am supposed to send the flight ticket or to who's attention? There are many phone #'s (that are no longer working) and no physical address I can find for refund?Can the refund form be sent in a .doc format?
