hi I spoke with *** today 5/25/and We weren't sure why *** *** credited us back, because she didn't want a refund check however when I spoke with her today I told here I would get a refund check out in the mail today to her she was satisfied with this resolution thank

I am rejecting this response because: I do not believe that they sent me a check on 5/6/That is a flat out lieThat was days ago and I still have not
received anything in the mailHOWEVER, after never receiving a check from Soaring Adventures, nor any responses to my phone calls or emails, I reached out to my credit card company and *** (whom I purchased the voucher through)I was able to get a refund through them*** refunded me the $and if I miraculously (and unlikely) get a check in the mail from Soaring Adventures of America, I will be returning it to them.Due to ***'s cooperation and understanding, I have received a refund for the full amount I paid and would like to CLOSE this complaint and mark it as resolvedI want to clarify that I rejected this company's response due to the fact that their statement and claim below is untrue, but I did get it resolved via a different partyThank you for taking action, Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because: I mailed the original tickets I no longer have the original tickets It does not make any sense to me that they are saying they never received themThey should be able to see that they were never usedWhen I submitted the original refund request, they said I had to send back the actual ticketsI mailed the flight tickets including my name , address, phone, email and reason for return and a self addressed stamped envelope
How am I supposed to get the refund now? It seems like they are trying to avoid giving me the refund
