I want to clarify that my complaint has nothing to do with the accident in Texas. It has to do with the business not paying pilots in [redacted], and as a result those pilots not wanting to redeem the vouchers. Again, thank you!

Hi although we had nothing to do with the recent balloon accident in Texas, we continue to be inundated with refund requests and customer service issues as a result of it.  We will get a refund check out in the mail to Jose on Monday 09/12/16 Thank you for your patience Diane

I had read other complaints about the company and the customer returned the ticket and after four months they still had not seen a refund check.

I will never deal with this company again.  I am actually shocked that this is an accredited business and that they are allowed to continue to take people's money when they clearly have no intention to deliver the services that are being paid for.  It took an incredible amount of time on my part to get this resolved...many unanswered emails, phone calls and faxes.  I am glad it is over.

When we use the term processed that means that an actual check was printed and mailed out to you that same day.  The check was mailed out on the 12th, you should be receiving it soon, we have no control over how long the mail takes to be delivered.  Thank you  Diane
