Hello Revdex.com, We appreciate you working with [redacted] to assist in resolving thingsWe understands mistakes happen and want to ensure we can assist as much as possibleI do agree with [redacted] that we were not able to remove all of the negative accounts on here credit reportPer the fair credit reporting act only something unverifiable/inaccurate can be removedIn this case the negative accounts that we have been challenging for the last months have come back verified multiple timesOnly of those items have been removedWe are not happy with these changes either and would be will to give the client a 50% refundIn regards the communication I've attached screen shots showing replies to every single correspondence [redacted] sent in from someone from our teamI do not agree with her hereAlso, I've attached a screen shot of her client portal showing the direct contact information to [redacted] (account manager) + [redacted] (Consultant) + contact phone # for additional account managers at her disposalIn addition to that we are a New England based company with different walk in locations allowing clients to walk in with zero appointment to speak to an account manager directlyOur customer service hours are monday-friday from 9am-5pmIn addition to that the head of our client support team, [redacted] has emailed all of her direct contact information to [redacted] as well for direct communication multiple timesWe are happy to refund 50% but at this point we will not be refunding anything else as we've completed over dispute letters for [redacted] Please advise and we will process the refund

Hello Revdex.com, While I understand Mr [redacted] concern regarding the item in question I have reviewed his file and it seems that different correspondences have been sent to the credit agencies/creditors regarding this itemUnfortunetely they have verified this record multiple times as accurateIt's not a matter of us knowing how to remove somethingThe fact is that this items is accurate and the creditors/agencies have been able to verify it on multiple occasions over the course of many months We offer a 100% money back guarantee and therefore will go ahead and refund the money spent with our companyIn addition to that we had given him months of free service as wellWe are a results driven business and want to see only the best for our clients We receive thousands of innacurate and erroneous removal confirmations each day from the credit agencies for our clients but if the item in question is continuously verified the consumers has to wait the years statute of limitation for it to drop off

Hello, My name is [redacted] and I am a manager at Key Credit Repair I read through the complaint and would love to be able to resolve this issue We don't want our clients to feel that they have wasted money and time with our company We want our clients to be happy and have amazing resultsWe have two programs that we offer when they sign up [redacted] and [redacted] went with the Accelerated program which is payments of $and then months free of service When [redacted] and [redacted] called last week upset and wanted a full refund we looked over the account and saw that there were changes [redacted] had a total of deletions between the three credit bureaus [redacted] had deletions between the three credit bureausWe wanted to get a credit report to see if there were anymore changes but they both didn't want us to get a credit report We have refunded each of them $back into there account We don't want [redacted] and [redacted] to be unhappy with the service so we wanted to offer one payment reimburse and months free of service for the both of them Best Regards, [redacted] VP of Client Relations Key Credit Repair
