process our clients are required to login and complete an interviewer indicating which items we should work on. A copy of this interviewer is attached and I've also attached confirmation that the interviewer was completed 3/25/16. On that same attachment you will find a confirmation that the client has not logged into their file since this summer (8/10/16) to review their account and check their progress. I would ask that the client supply us with a list of what positive accounts we have challenged on their behalf in error. Key Credit is incorrect. To date I have been paying since September 2015 at $99.95 x 14 months. They are false in stating I have only paid $800.00 as I have clearly paid Key Credit $1,399.30 to date.The amount I am disputing is $800 which is what I have asked for in a refund. I was willing to let Key Credit keep the remaining for the little amount of work that was accomplished. The fact that the business is completely disregarding their own 100% satisfaction guarantee is a disgrace. When I signed up I was told if I was not 100% satisfied that I would be able to get a refund- not that I could settle on the difference between two services. Why would I choose to pay $50 a deletion instead of $99.95 for unlimited? Now all of a sudden they are refusing to honor the fact that they used their 100% satisfaction guarantee as a bait and switch! It is false advertisement in its purest form. Last time I logged in there were 8 deletions and according to [redacted], whom I spoke with there are only 8. I do not know where [redacted] is getting 16 from so that is new. (I find it very odd how the number of deletions doubled when I filed a complaint.) More importantly of those 8 deletions that were showing- they were deleted because I paid the item off- not because Key Credit was successful in their dispute. Free months of service is NOT acceptable and will not be accepted by me. I would like my $800.00 refunded to me and all services rendered on my behalf by Key Credit to cease and desist. Again, I feel that this is a matter of bait and switch and no longer want to associate with this company in any form. Please issue my full $800.00 refund and delete my account.

Ive read their response and it's typical of them. It says I fail to forward required responses, I did IMMEDIATELY  yesterday, a page with the pie chart that s hows it has not moved in a year. And a page of a new credit bureau report from yesterday, my score HAS NOT MOVED. They did not do what they said, and how DARE he call me unreasonable and trying to rip them off. I have never "ripped anyone off" in my life! Yes I hung up on his staff, they don't return calls or do their job, and Im to trust them after 1 year? I WILL sue them through an attorney, I am a widow on a pension with Cancer but if I have to I will use the money I eat on to be redeemed. And I threatened them with the Revdex.com only after mos. of this rot. I'm not afraid of their smartmouth lies, and you have other complaints on your website about the SAME  issues. I want my money refunded AT LEAST half.

I am rejecting this response due to the fact that I did speak with some one last week and informed them that anything deleted from my report has in fact been placed back on my reporting. They have not provided me a service that I paid for and want a full refund.

Hello Revdex.com, After reviewing and updating [redacted]'s account she has had amazing results.  We would have to deny the refund request. I am requesting a refund of $799.60 to be more exact. I enrolled in an unlimited program that has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I am not satisfied with the level of service I received in the past 14 months and I DO NOT want any free services from Key Credit. Further, Key Credit keeps alluding to the fact that I have only paid them $800.00 over a 14 month period which is not the case. I have paid $1,399.30 so far to have my credit repaired. As a matter of resolution, I am willing to pay for the first 6 months of service at the rate of $99.95 x 6 equaling a total payment of $599.70 to Key Credit and kindly request that the remaining $799.60 be refunded to me. I believe that this is more than fair.

 There is a breach of contract.  I have paid for 5 months of the accelerated program along with 5 months of free service, and I have not received the totality of the services I have paid for. I previously requested my case manager [redacted]. to enter into negotiations with the consumers directly multiple times, and your company has failed to do so.  I feel as if and it appears that your company is doing the bare minimum, and not standing behind the products you offer.  You boast about 100% satisfaction and 100% money back guarantee but when it comes down to the brass tacks you offer the minimum in return to the unsatisfied customer.  I therefore am declining any further and future services with Key Credit Repair, and request a full refund in its entirety.  Thank you.

I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. I did as I was advised and applied for loans to rebuild my credit, but was denied for all of them, in which left me with a huge number of inquiries on my report. And now with the advise of Key credit I am being denied for loans for that reason. I called a few weeks ago to see what could and should be done to resolve that issue and the gentleman I spoke to said he was going to speak with his supervisor and call me back and I have to date never heard anything back. I am only excepting this offer for the simple fact if I don't I will be out my $800 and my 8 free months. I would also like to speak with someone on how we can fix these inquiries and start getting approved for loans. I would also like to be updated on a regular basis by phone or email as the app is not showing anything and have not been updated at all...

Please add your rejection comments below. This is guy and company are fraudulent to say the least. This is the first time ever hearing about him being out of the office with a sick child. I was told he was busy with clients on the phone and was not available. I have several text messages with [redacted] in which I simply stated "still waiting for a follow up". I also have the emails that [redacted] sent me when I posted a negative review in which I simply stated I wanted a phone call because things that I was promised were not happening. To date, I have only spoken to him during my consult. That's what's shameful!Furthermore, I at no time disrespected anyone I spoke to. I did insist on getting answers to my questions but that's to be expected. Also the implication of all the deletions from my file are false. Transunion was the only bureau where the implications seem accurate. What's interesting to me is how they came up with those deletions when I never received notice from the bureaus that all these things were deleted. That was part of my complaint when I initially contact them in April.Again, I have both email and text messages to validate my story. It seems like the only time they follow up is on complaints to Revdex.com and when your payment method is declined. Customer service issues are at the bottom of the priority list.

I tried reaching out to you before I went this way.  I even spoke to two of your consultants who assured me that they would get settlements letters.  Why only one credit bureau took off stuff and not the other 2. Check your email and see I did reach out. Revdex.com
