I do agree with [redacted] that we were not able to remove all of the negative accounts on here credit report. Per the fair credit...

reporting act only something unverifiable/inaccurate can be removed. In this case the 3 negative accounts that we have been challenging for the last 6 months have come back verified multiple times. Only 1 of those 3 items have been removed. We are not happy with these changes either and would be will to give the client a 50% refund. In regards the communication I've attached 4 screen shots showing replies to every single correspondence [redacted] sent in from someone from our team. I do not agree with her here. Also, I've attached a screen shot of her client portal showing the direct contact information to [redacted](account manager) + [redacted](Consultant) + contact phone # for 6 additional account managers at her disposal. In addition to that we are a New England based company with 2 different walk in locations allowing clients to walk in with zero appointment to speak to an account manager directly. Our customer service hours are monday-friday from 9am-5pm. In addition to that the head of our client support team, [redacted] has emailed all of her direct contact information to [redacted] as well for direct communication multiple times. We are happy to refund 50% but at this point we will not be refunding anything else as we've completed over 34 dispute letters for [redacted]. Please advise and we will process the refund.

Hello Revdex.com,  We are very willing to work with Mr. [redacted] to provide additional free months of service but we are not willing to refund fees for services rendered. I've attached here a copy of Mr. [redacted]'s credit report from June and then the most recent report from this month showing a reduction from 11 negative items to 5 and then an increase from 506 credit score to 571. While Mr. [redacted]'s credit is far from perfect this is a major and very signifant positive change because of the a 9 sets of letters petitioning the credit agencies/creditors to remove negative marks. We are willing to extend out 8 free months of free service to now take Mr. [redacted] even further. His goal was to repair his credit but he must be patient as we are able and willing to help him further..and for free. Please advise if Mr. [redacted] is will to take the free additional service.  [redacted], CEO

Hello Revdex.com,  We really appreciate the correspondence and concern. I have personally investigated the file and have confirmed 27 different letters have been sent to the 3 credit agencies and/or creditors on behalf of [redacted] We have successfully removed 57 negative marks on their behalf. [redacted] has full access to her file to log in and review everything in detail. We cannot refund this fee as that would mean that we have worked for free for many months. It simply would not be right or fair to our staff and team. Our team has been working extremely hard to get their credit repair. Also, in regards to what the client mentioned if there is something that has been added to their credit report that is not part of the investigation we can add that into the process. There is no additional fee for additional items as we provide an unlimited service. Also, we simply do not believe the credit agencies. In most cases they are telling consumers the wrong thing or they are getting someone in a call center that doesn't properly investigate and review the file. I would ask that [redacted] please allow us to work hard for them and to provide them with the best service My direct line is [redacted] and they can call me anytime for assistance. I am in the office until 9pm but please do not continue with this complaint as it hurts our staff. They are hard working good people that simply want to repair your credit. Which is because in July I asked for key credit repair to stop their actions. I repeatedly told your company that my good credit cards were being affected by your companies actions. My [redacted] card was never able to be restored in fact because of these actions. An account that was reported as fraudulent activity by your company. My complaints were not met satisfactoraly by your staff when no one was listening to me explaining I was and sorry that I ever chose your company because it was causing me many issues. I do not want your company to send any more notices on my behalf. Furthermore I would like a refund of services. Regards

Your previous response was to show you at least one account reported back on my account that was being re-reported and that is what I showed you. I have attached a full credit report from ONE of the three bureaus. This company goes back on EVERY word they say- it is getting insane. What is fraud is how this company takes money from their clients to provide a service that they aren't even providing. The second I put this in writing to dispute it I was disable access to my account with all of my notes that would show the issues experienced on my accounts. This company is too busy trying to make the both of us look like someone we are not instead of explaining why we experienced the issues we have. You can try to paint whatever picture you want of me but that says nothing to the type of service we received from you and how you handle your company and clients. It's a disgrace. I gave you a second opportunity to fix this issue before filing legal action for false advertising. This company is advertised as 100% scarification guaranteed but when you bring issues to their attention they turn into this. I have provided this documentation requested twice now. You will be refunding us as stated previously at 100% or I will be reaching out to take legal action. As stated previously, we signed on to 4 months of paid service with 8 months of free service. The amount refunded to us as this person is suggesting was for the 5th unauthorized payment taken. We have not received any sort of refund from this company and have still yet to receive the contract requested through note communication, phone conversations and even through this process.... I have also noticed you have had no explanation as to any issue I have laid out during our short time with you aside from creating fictional characters as to who we are. I didn't pay key credit repair to judge who I am as a person but to fight on my behalf for credit related issues. I suggest speaking to these issues instead of picking apart clients who haven't had a good experience with your company. If I was happy with my service I would not have taken to such lengths to make people aware of this- as well as get my money refunded because I feel frauded. You should also take a look at the stat dates that you have and ask yourself why we haven't received letters for over two months or why items are being placed back on my account. As well as why it takes so long to have letters sent out or why notes go unanswered. You have reported nothing on anything of the issues we've experienced or given any sort of apology. I have worked tirelessly to corporate and work alongside your "team" to help our situation. For you to tell me that I acted any sort of way that is fabricated is a slap in the face. Your company has made numerous errors on my behalf and you try to dance your way around this situation. "Your Team" could not even call me by the correct name or advise me on any questions I had. I have been denied access to these interactions as well as to my contract and numerous attempts to see letters. You asked for us to give you authorization to contact each of these creditors to reverse work you think has been done on our behalf. Does anyone else see anything wrong with that? I'm stating that this work hasn't taken place and you want to reach out to each of them and reverse it to give us a full refund? You should own up to the fact that there has been a worldwind of issues on our accounts and that we've been ignored and give us a refund. But judging on the fact that you asked me to upload a document to show one account being reported back and you'll refund 100% and now there is an issue. I'm willing to bet I give authorization to contact creditors and you still won't. By all means- reach out to who you please but refund me the money we've spent on this program not delivered.

Hello Revdex.com, Thank you so much for helping our client with this. I have checked [redacted]'s email address and verified that our system has the correct one. Also, I have attached the log of all activity on her file including a confirmation of 12 emails that we have sent to her since the day she first...

contacted us until now. All 12 have been delivered and that is why they are marked in Green. Our system validates all email. We will gladly return cancel the service for [redacted] as there is no contract. In fact, the client has the ability to log in and cancel right inside their file. Based on our records it seems that [redacted] has never logged in and I was very clear at the time of enrollment that she would need to do this to check the status of her file. Also, I never received a voicemail from her as these would be recorded in the log as well. In addition, our clients have the ability to text message our direct lines and I never received a text either.Last Login: NeverI will cancel and refund the $99.95 the client spent with us as a sign of good will but I do not agree with [redacted], PresidentKey Credit Repair

I am sorry but we have met all of the parameters of the service agreement executed by the client. Their results are excellent. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at [redacted] with any additional questions. Your success is ours!

We agreed to refund that payment already. That is already done.

I am sorry but we are not willing to work with this client. We cannot allow our staff to be treated in an in-fair manner of any sort and we are not accepting this client in any way shape or form to be allowed to do business here.

They have had 5 months to do something and nothing has been done. according to the APP there has only been 1 thing removed from my credit report and I am not any closer to getting approved for a loan then I was when I signed up. I would just like to request a refund! I have spend $800 in the last 4 months for pretty much nothing. I could have spent that money on something else amd still been in the same situation with the denial letter in the mail! I Don't see them accomplishing anything new in the next 8 months that they couldn't in the last 5. Eight (8) Free months is just a way to continue to do nothing, all while gaining $800 for nothing.

Hello Revdex.com, Thank you for quickly getting back to us. I have attached a screen shot of the progress report for [redacted]. Not one item has been placed back on the credit report. In fact, we have sent a total of 35 letters for [redacted] to the credit agencies and the creditors. There are a total of 22 deletions between all 3 credit agencies. Her results are nothing short of amazing!!!If [redacted] can send me a recent credit report confirming that even one item has been re-inserted to her credit report we will give her a 100% refund. Our manager, [redacted] had spoken to [redacted] last week and offered to do this for her on the call and [redacted] cursed at her, swore and hung up. While I appreciate the feedback and want to help we would need to see a copy of the credit report. We are here for our clients success but cursing at our employees after my staff has worked this hard for someone is simply unacceptable. [redacted], CEO

Hello Revdex.com,  I will refund the entire cost of the service as long as the client is okay with having us contact the credit agencies to ask them to reverse any work we've completed on their behalf. While we appreciate the clients concerns we do not allow cursing and profanity at Key Credit Repair. We cannot and will not work with anyone that treats our team in this manner. Our staff is made up good people and as the owner of this company I have to protect them. My staff members have all been yelled at and cursed at. We simply will not tolerate this. Hello Revdex.com, Thanks so much for sending me this complaint. I am never too busy for a client. In fact, the time that [redacted] called in I was out of the office with my sick child who was suffering from a rare flu that did not allow him to leave the house for two weeks. Not only is this review...

shameful but it is also very weird. It's absolutely disrespectful and ridiculous. We have a staff of 14 people including multiple managers that took numerous calls, emails and notes from [redacted] and advised him that I could not access the phone because of this issue. We have more than a few thousands clients and as a result have a support team in case one of our employees(including myself) are not able to come into the office because of a family emergency. Also, what is even more disheartning and ridiculous is the fact that the client's results were nothing short of amazing. When the client's payment method did not approve he called in and screamed at my employees and was completely irrational and abusive. Results below after first round of letters: [redacted] – 10 items removed – 29% deletion rate[redacted] – 19 items removed – 51% deletion rate[redacted] – 35 items removed – 81% deletion rateWe have a policy here at Key Credit. If you are not satisfied in any way shape or form. You get your money back. We can do this because we strive for excellence. Nothing more, nothing less. But, when someone is disrespectful and abusive to anyone on my staff they are no longer welcomed to our companies service. I will love to give this client their money back and would advise the client to never call another credit repair organization ever again. They are shameful in every sense of the word.
