No there was an old account that was closed in good standing with a zero balance that had a few late payments on record HOWEVER I had a current account with *** *** in good standing with ZERO late payments and this account was affected by the actions of your companyI discussed this on several occasions with your staff in detailI am not happy about the way I was treated and brushed off by your staffPlease stop all actions from your company and refund my money.

Please note that again this information is falseI have never threatened or been rude to anyone on their staffI have not initiated contact with anyone in the company since AprilI also have records of most of my contact with them that I will use to file a more formal complaint about this companyIt's sad to see *** now trying to play the victim card for public record and make me out to be some irate customer who is not understanding and hard to deal with because that's so far from trueI will notify you if I receive a refund.

Hello Revdex.comWe are happy to assist in any way possible but if the client is not willing to forward responses received from the credit agencies and is not willing to allow us to pull up an updated credit report how can we give them a full progress report? It is in our contract, welcome email, welcome video and on every reminder email that we need to update responses to show our clients the changes. Again, if the client does not have any removalsThey are entitled to a full refundBut, if they are not willing to do their part or at minimum allow us to pull up a credit report we are assuming they are not even concerned with their credit and they are attempting to rip us off for work performed for months. I am not refunding anything unless we confirm they don't have any deletionsThis client has been totally unreasonable and has hung up and cursed my staffShe has threatened us with the Revdex.com on every callWe are in business to help good, God fearing, honest people repair their credit and we will not stop until we've helped every consumer in the United States
