Hello BBB, Thank you for passing along this message from Mr. ***. We apologize that credit repair takes time and want to make sure Mr. [redacted] has the greatest success possible in our program. I've gone ahead and attached a progress report showing that shows Mr. [redacted] that we have completed over... 16 rounds of letters on his behalf giving him a 22% removal rate on [redacted] , 56% on [redacted] and 89% on [redacted] . The process of removing negative records seems to be working quite well. We would love to continue helping him with this process with a complimentary 90 days of service free of charge. Also, in terms of sending out settlement offers and debt validations we are 100% able to complete this for Mr. ***. In fact, this is included in his service with our company.
