This gives us a full week to analyze each questionable item on her credit report, to collect any documents we would need from the client and to...

write all the letters to the the credit agencies and/or creditors. Once this work has been completed the the first payment is charged but only after this work has been completed. At that point the letters to the credit agencies and/or creditors are mailed. In [redacted]'s case she did not want to have the payment of $99 charged on 2/17 and she asked us to move it to 3/1. I stated to [redacted] that this was not a problem but to keep in mind that this would be the date that the letters were mailed. At this point in time [redacted] has not been charged a fee at all so there is nothing to refund. Also, at this point after reviewing her notes it seems that she may have already challenged the questionable items on her report herself or through another company. As a result we will put all future work on her file on hold and will not charge her card. I feel that [redacted] should finish the current disputes she has already initiated before enrolling in another service as to avoid paying for something that she may already have initiated on her own. This has become humorous at this point. Own up to the lack of service provided to the two of us. Both experiences have been laid out exactly how things have transpired on this account. You can continue to try to cover this up by saying we are awful people when in fact you are an awful company. Neither one of us have cursed at your employees. This comment is beyond laughable. I cannot even believe how this company is spin this off. You by no means have any rights to contact anyone on our behalf. There's no need to try and remove "work" you think has been accomplished on behalf of KCR because it's all been reversed already. One credit score as it stands now is 43 points lower than what we started with. To date we have not received one letter since the last upload back in MAY! Not one response from creditors or collectors. Nothing was being done on out accounts. This is beyond clear at this point. Regards,

Hello, My name is [redacted] and I am a manager at Key Credit Repair.  I read through the complaint and would love to be able to resolve this issue.  We don't want our clients to feel that they have wasted money and time with our company.  We want...

our clients to be happy and have amazing results. We have two programs that we offer when they sign up.  [redacted] and [redacted] went with the Accelerated program which is 5 payments of $189.95 and then 8 months free of service.  When [redacted] and [redacted] called last week upset and wanted a full refund we looked over the account and saw that there were changes.  [redacted] had a total of 7 deletions between the three credit bureaus.  [redacted] had 22 deletions between the three credit bureaus. We wanted to get a credit report to see if there were anymore changes but they both didn't want us to get a credit report.  We have refunded each of them $189.95 back into there account.  We don't want [redacted] and [redacted] to be unhappy with the service so we wanted to offer one payment reimburse and 9 months free of service for the both of them.   Best Regards,[redacted]VP of Client Relations Key Credit Repair

To the CEO of Key Credit Repair,I don't appreciate you first of all speaking lies about me I don't scam and I have never threatened anyone ever. At the beginning when I have the first agent, then her replacement and so on...seriously. Your company is not so as good as you advertise, if that were the truth your employee turnover rate would be low. Yours is high and while I have had two blacks agents at the beginning and then your company paired me with yet again my third agent, who was mean, not too bright and took a long time to return emails.As far as I can tell for one to accuse another of being a threat, um maybe you are in disguise....surely not I. I was born and raised here in the states, hard working and I try to do the right thing. When, I filed this complaint I intentionally just wanted the job to get finished in hopes of actually getting my score up, but it didn't allow me to put in two options. Since your staff told me that at the end of my 6-9 months of the program I would have a score of 703, then yes sir, I am very disappointed and totally feel cheated out of my money that I paid you and my score is no better than before. So guess what Mr. CEO that is what we in the USA call a scam, your company failed to do the job, failed to finish the job, terminated my account after getting what they could from me $759 to be exact, then absolutely you & your company scammed me for sure and when it comes to getting ripped off, I take offense to that. If your staff cried they should have not had the job and been better trained, I told them the truth as I saw it, The made to many mistakes handling my account all I am concerned with is my account and they dropped the ball for real. Face it dude, you folks failed me and now you want to play the victim role....nope that is not going to work. Finish the job that I paid you for and nothing more and or nothing less. accurate. It's not a matter of us knowing how to remove something. The fact is that this items is accurate and the creditors/agencies have been able to verify it on multiple occasions over the course of many months.  We offer a 100% money back guarantee and therefore will go ahead and refund the money spent with our company. I apologize for any inconvenience. In regards to having one of my staff members laugh on the phone; I'm sure she was just responding to a client cracking a joke and being nice to someone. We have good, family people working here at our company. We try to stay personable and extremely cheery. I'm sorry if this poses an issue but we cannot change that. Our client's have gone through some hard times and we need to stay positive for them. It's the nature of our business.
As a resolution I would like to offer this client a 100% refund. Also, the work we did already cannot be reversed so it seems that they will also get some free credit repair as well.
