I spoke with the consumer and provided the shelf life information for the extinguisher. He is satisfied with the information provided and considers this matter resolved.

I have reached out to [redacted] via email to inform her the extinguisher will arrive within 7 business days. If for some reason it does not arrive within that time frame she has my direct contact for further resolution.

I Spoke with [redacted] this morning and processed his order for the additional extinguishers that he is expecting.

WE HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED [redacted] AND WE WILL SHIP HER UNIT OUT IN 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS

money back I do not consider this issue as resolved.  I emailed Christopher W[redacted] in reply to the voice message I received from him and explained to him my frustration and lack of confidence.Once I receive the replacement item or a refund I will then consider this resolved, but not before then.Thank you.[redacted]

We are waiting for the consumer to call us back. We will take care of what is needed and verify if his units fall under the recall. If they do we will get him new one's shipped out.

The order shipped on 1/10/18. The FedEx tracking [redacted] shows the units should arrive by EOD 2/16/18.

will contact consumer and ship her out 2 auto units with in 10-15 business days.

We are in the process of placing a warranty replacement to send a new extinguisher. The new extinguisher should arrive within 7-10 business days.

There was an extreme delay in getting this order out, but this is set for delivery by EOD 12/5/17

After speaking with [redacted] a claim has been entered to send 2 extinguishers which should arrive within 2 weeks via FedEx. He has my direct contact if the units arrive later than 2 weeks.

We are sending a replacing to resolve this issue.
