the charges started in july2015...kingsisle thru direct express mastercard have all transactions causing t5his dispute....I don't have any account there,,,Godzuno is a fraud charger on accountI have reported this prior..have emails from kingsisle saying no refunds...I have never played nor have an email/computer account..Kingsisle is fully aware of fraud./ Please continue to help!!!!!!!!!!! ty

The fact is the dungeon bundles before the Spiral Cup Gauntlet did not have a lock on them limiting friendship of the owner in order to useThere I was able to use all my wizards in the prior dungeon bundleThere is no possible way for wizards on the same account to friend one anotherIf I had known there was to be a lock placed on that particular bundle I would not have purchased itThere should have been a label letting people know that a lock had been placed on itNone of the prior dungeon bundles have such a lock therefore you are misrepresenting your claim that they are all the same

I am rejecting this response because: their investigation was bogus. Not only did they never discuss the issue any further with me, they never investigated the source of the problem. From the start they blamed me for my account being hacked and, in the end, they added insult to injury by "allowing" me to continue playing via my other accounts, so long as I never violated their terms of use again - something I never did to begin with. After being a loyal customer for over years, I expected better than to be punished for being the victim of a crime that I was incapable of preventing

They are completely unresponsive and extremely difficult to get hold of. They just charged my account again. This is absurd. They know exactly what account it is linked to...it is the same card they have charged for the last months. They should not attach a phone number to the transaction detail on my bank statement if that is not a number they are ever able to be reached at. That is evasive and improper business practice. Also, on their website, none of the links are clickable for contacting them. Clearly their practice is to avoid for as long as possible a dissatisfied customer

I've been playing this game for many years nowSince to be exactWhen I first started playing this video game, IT WAS GREATas the years carried though staff members of the company started leaving and now I see whyThe game is becoming no fun whatsoeverIf you do play, expect to be banned within the month, without proofSo even if they think you've done something wrong, you get banned on the spotOh and not just yourselfs, if you have accounts linked to yours so you can share items within your family, they get banned as wellforeverNow of course, you can contact supportPraise the support team right? WRONG these guys will send you an email stating why they have banned you (Why they think you were banned) without any kind of proof and then stating you will never be unbanned"We have found you logging in from multiple locations, so were gonna ban you" Oh yeah I wasn't just down the street or anything, btw thanks for checking lol
This game is trash and not worth it at all for anyone reading this reviewThey state it as a kids game but there's cussing, sexual content, and stolen content used from other games and names used as "enemies"As for they're website they use another service to change and create elements within the page, then take credit for it without sharing and giving credit to wordpressDO NOT play this gameThey will ban you for no reason, take your money without a refund and offer ZERO supportThey also DO NOT have phone support, kinda fishy right?

I am rejecting this response because: My response is a bit more complex, and only game players may understandThe "one button" I am referring to in my complaint is the choice between gold (in-game free currency) and crowns to purchaseThe confirmation PROCESS is the same to purchase with gold as it is the purchase with crowns, although in the text of the confirmation it says purchase with gold versus purchase with crowns, if done quickly the purchaser may not catch their error, as was my caseI really do enjoy the game, as you may have privilege to my account history and the time I have spent on the gameI believe errors like this occur for many playersStating that this is a rigid policy is just not good customer serviceBeing flexible to individual tickets on these issues will create a better customer satisfaction rating in the industryMy goal with this complaint is only to bring this to light and make the playing experience more enjoyable for all who choose to play this game
