I have just been made aware of a recent feature change to the Spiral Cup Gauntlet item. You can now store the item in your shared bank, which will allow all characters on your account to access it. I hope that this resolves the issue at hand.

I am rejecting this response because: I have already contacted by e-mail on several occasions and never get a response. The phone number listed only leads you back to the e-mail loop. We just want our money returned and our accounts cancelled. Every time we try to log into our account '[redacted]' for Wizard 101 we have to reset the password every time as if someone else is changing it. My son has not played this game in a few years and in October we started getting random charges.

The resolution of this ticket was the banning of the account, per your request and the removal of your email address...

from said account, which was done. In regards to the charges. Each of the charges in question, generated an email receipt, sent to the email address you used with the Revdex.com. The first email from our system was sent on 06/26/2015. This email would have indicated that an account under your email address was created. On 07/08/2015, the first purchase receipt was sent to you. On 07/09/2015, we received the first ticket from your email address, making us aware of the situation. The charges you requested a refund for, were not eligible due to the fact that the benefits were already utilized on the account. This is the reason the Support Team was unable to provide you with a refund. I want you to write a letter regarding this. You still have not had the respect to e-mail me. Her and I are separate. I have my proof she has hers. The people you ban for no  reason other then her or I paying there accounts to play is your way of being judgemental. CThey cant afford it. Other do the same if you want pics ask. I recently tried to get into my email at Yahoo only to find that the password and or account had been deleted or something, I then changed both my sign on (with my computer sign on you have to have a Microsoft acct.) account and my email account from [link removed] to my new sign on account [link removed]. 
But when I tried to change my masterpassword I was not given the option to sign on with my credit card information. My visa card ending in [redacted]. I also wanted to add some crowns to my account. Could you please send the reset to my new email address (here please). Any information you may need please just ask, I can’t believe that I forgot my password.

We received a recent inquiry from the customer on 7/19/2016 requesting that the mute on their account [redacted] be lifted, so he or she may once again communicate freely within Wizard101.  We responded to the inquiry on 7/19/2016, declining the request to...

lift the mute on the account.The account [redacted] was originally muted on 9/27/2015 for using language that violated the Terms of Use in the in-game chat.  The account had been sanctioned with warnings, temporary mutes, and temporary suspensions due to such language on 21 previous occasions.  Each time the account was sanctioned, the user was reminded that such language is not permitted and additional violations would result in permanent sanctions.
We cannot lift the mute on the account [redacted] because of these violations of our the Terms of Use.
While we understand the frustration of not having chat options in the game, we'd like the customer to keep in mind that KingsIsle Entertainment works very hard to maintain a safe environment for all of our players. We cannot overlook the violation of our rules. Regards,KingsIsle Support
